Vi Kim: Took my 12 years old daughter there today, I was very happy with the experience. The receptionist, doctor, and pharmacist were all very nice.Unfortunately, the doctor diagnosed the wrong symptom. He prescribed a cream for ring worm. Instead, it was just eczema, her skin became worst after using the wrong cream. I had to take my daughter to downtown Toronto to see a specialist after that.

cookie: It’s really not that bad of a place. I guess it just depends on what time u go in. I came in shortly after they opened as a walk-in and I’ve never been there before. I was in and out within 40 minutes. My problem was a more common one though so I think that helps too. The pharmacists were also very sweet and informative

Bob Maxine: Was prescribed rupall for generalized dermatitis relief. It worked wonders, I wept at how relieved I was from the itching.

Anthony & Elizabeth Muia: Not sure why such a low score for this clinic. My elderly parent is under the care of Dr. Lamine and I have always had positive experiences at this office. Took my 80 year old mother initially to him through walk-in for recurring uti and he refused to continue to issue antibiotics that family Dr. had prescribed. He felt that because they were recurring there was probably underlying condition. He order ultrasound and sure enough she was diagnosed with kidney cancer. She has since been treated by oncologist and is recovering. If Dr. Lamine had not investigated the cancer may have spread making treatment more difficult. The front staff have also always been very friendly and helpful.

Joyce park: Great while it lasted, unfortunately when I called this morning, the receptionist informed me that they don’t have any doctors there anymore. It’s closing that service.

M Acka'a: I visited Dr. Jay the osteopath, and Brigid Kombol, RMT for massage therapy here. The receptionist was quite helpful and didn't keep me waiting. I saw Dr Jay first and he was awesome. He sorted out my knee and back issues in one visit and showed me helpful exercises that I can do to keep in great health- 💯 recommend him. I then went to Brigid who has absolutely magic hands. The massage was heavenly, professional and friendly. Amazing duo here at the clinic- highly recommend them both. THANK YOU THANK YOU 🙏👍🙌

She had given everyone of us enough time to listen our symptoms and learn about our medical history. She told us in detail about our current health situation and what next we should do and not do. Booked for a IUD removal. They were comforting especially since I had a really bad experience with inserting my IUD at a different clinic.

Beata: I needed the implant removed from my arm as the first attempt failed due to excessive scar tissue. The OBGYN was very friendly, caring and skilled. He got it out! I was ecstatic. The nurses were amazing; thank you for holding my hand! I felt welcome and cared for even though they were extremely busy. Thank you!

However, I waited for 45 minutes, my appointment was at 9 and they called my name 9:50. Everything other than this was perfect.Update: I went for a second time and waited zero minutes. Megan L: Amazing staff at this clinic. I was so nervous getting an IUD insertion after having bad experiences in the past. The staff were so patient and supportive and they went above and beyond to ease my worries and make sure I was ok before and after the procedure. The Gynaecologist was very communicative and I felt like I was in good hands right away. I'm so grateful for the compassionate staff and for all their efforts easing my anxieties and pain!

Justine Hopkins: I was really scared but the nurses and doctors made my experience very comfortable. They were very kind and caring. I was crying in the operating room and the nurses went above and beyond to make me feel safe. They turned a vulnerable experience into one that’s filled with care and safety.

Emmalene Findlay: I was super impressed with this clinic for my IUD removal. After my family doctor couldn’t remove it, I was referred to a local gyno that eventually called and booked me in after 1 month. They then did not have my prescription ready prior to the appointment and did not answer multiple calls….so that appointment was missed.I looked into this clinic and they actually answered the phone and booked me in for the next week. My wait time was fairly quick compared to the North York womens clinic and the nurse and dr were great. The Dr would actually chat and seemed interested in my life, which is a great distraction in my opinion.Overall, very friendly staff and it was worth the drive.

Caitlin Costain: I made an appointment a few weeks ago to get an IUD. All of the staff were very nice. There is a counsellor who advises you of your options, gives you info on the process, etc. I then went downstairs to get the IUD from the pharmacy and went back up and was brought in. Knowing that this is also an abortion clinic, I must say that the staff treat you SOO well. After I got the IUD, I actually thought to myself that if I was getting an abortion, I’d want a team like this looking after me. All of the nurses were very considerate and thoughtful- they understand how you feel vulnerable being exposed. All in all, the insertion went well, I felt well prepared and knowledgeable about my options and the risks, etc. and during the procedure, I was made to feel very calm and they talked me through everything as they were doing it. The only thing that sucked was the cramping afterwards lol

Sandra Stephens: I had a terrifying labour experience and could not have asked for better or more compassionate and supportive care from my Midwives of Mississauga team.When deciding to choose between midwives vs OB care what tipped the scales for me was the 6 weeks postpartum care by the midwives as well as the 1 hr appointment durations during pregnancy. I never had to wait to see a member of my midwife team and it was very easy to schedule appointments and get in contact with them. I had a normal pregnancy and everything was going well until week 30 when I went into spontaneous early labour resulting in an emergency c-section and a 47 day stay in the NICU with my 10 week premature little one. Even though my daughter was getting 24 hr care in the hospital NICU, the midwives were there for me during my c-section recovery and NICU journey. They came to my house to check on my incision, mental health and breast milk pumping progress. When I was first discharged they came multiple days in one week and after as recovery was in progress would call and check in still multiple times a week. They referred me to lactation consultants when I needed them and psychiatric support as a result from the traumatic labour experience. They were incredibly important to me, directing me to all the right places during that difficult time. I am not sure how I would have navigated it without them.Now having experienced a labour that ultimately required OB and hospital intervention in the end, I would absolutely hands down do midwife care again for my next pregnancy. Even after my care was transferred to the OBs for the emergency c-section my midwife stayed with me through the whole procedure and visited me in my hospital room following the procedure. They were a special part of my pregnancy and came through for me when I needed them most. A special shout out to team 4 - thank you so much.

Mani B: Great experience with my first time using midwives. I had Team 2 and they were all so friendly and welcoming. Although I did not get to have a midwife during labour because of a medical condition I had, it was still a pleasant experience leading up to that. I had two different midwives then the ones from Team 2 that did my followup at home and they were great as well.

The care you get with midwife’s is so much better and so knowledgeable. I’m so appreciative of these three ladies for helping me bring my two babies into this world. I highly recommend them to everyone because it’s such a stress free, loving, caring environment that they create for you during your pregnancy and with your baby. Amit Kamath: Amazing journey with Team 2 - Midwives of Mississauga. Me and my wife Anu is so grateful for all they did throughout the pregnancy, birth and postpartum. The team was nurturing, kind and attentive. Overall they are the most incredible source of support. We cannot thank enough for the greatest gift of all, our happy and healthy baby and amazing birthing experience. This was our second baby and first experience in Canada, indeed a great journey.

Kinza Dar: I wanted to write this review to share my experience with Midwives of Mississauga. During my visits the receptionist Rachel was very welcoming and professional. All my appointments were on time and scheduled accordingly. I was assigned three midwives during my pregnancy. I met with Marla, Georgina and Erin C. They were all very kind and listened to all my concerns and questions I had. Erin C also took the extra steps in getting tests done during my postpartum recovery. My midwife during my labour and delivery was Marla. She was pleasant, kind, helpful and informative. I had a great experience having her as my midwife. I would highly recommend seeking a midwife if this is your first pregnancy. Thank you Midwives of Mississauga for a pleasant experience.

Melissa Wood: I would highly recommend Midwives of Mississauga as they are truly outstanding care providers and I really encourage woman to consider the option of having a planned home birth.I felt so confident in the Midwive's expertise and abilities to ensure that myself and baby were safe and well cared for. They came equipped with so much - medications and equipment that would have also been available in hospital.Our Midwives also provided clear and detailed information so that I had the ability to to make informed decisions about our care.It was just so relaxing and comfortable to be in my own space and have privacy throughout the birthing process. To be able to eat and drink and move about as I pleased was so enjoyable as well.I have so much gratitude and appreciation towards these ladies for the excellent care they provide and highly recommend them!!

Sylvia Sandoval: I had an amazing and supportive experience during my care with midwives. Each time I met with Remi, Erin G or Mariah, they were always caring and truly listened. I never felt rushed, and was always able to ask all the questions I had. I was going through a lot of family issues during my pregnancy and they recommended resources for me to reach out to, which I'm so thankful for. My midwife team explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was happening, especially during labour. Mariah made sure she explained what was happening, what she was doing and really helped me through my contractions. I had an amazing birth, prenatal and postnatal care. Thank you to the entire team! Also, the admin team is super caring. Rachel was always so nice and easy going when booking appointments.

alyssa stanwick: I’ve always had troubles with doctors making me feel rushed and not heard, with my midwives I couldn’t have felt better after every appointment, they always went the extra mile to make sure I understand, they took their time and listened so well. It’s a much more of a personal experience than going to a doctor in my opinion. They made my first pregnancy so much better and made me feel so much better knowing they were going to be there with me at my birth. I will for sure be coming back for my pregnancy!

Guru Rakesh K: Was good. Big parking lot. Weekends are very busy. They have pharmacy inside. A small coffee shop, can find sandwiches, chips,drinks,and their special omelet as well.Nice and clean washrooms. Lots of doctor's available in this location, on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the lower level they have Lifelabs as well. If you are looking for a new Doctor they accept new patients. Just give them a call before you go. Had a great experience. Waiting line is little bit more but still Yehia Qaisy is the best doctor. He had good patience and mostly he listens to the patients, that's what needed.
