Fill out a request form if you’ve moved recently and don’t have the keys to your community mailbox. We’ll provide you with a new set of keys and replace the lock on your community mailbox compartment for free.


Look for 2 different numbers to identify your compartment within your community mailbox.

Locate the module number in the top left hand corner of the community mailbox.

Find your personal compartment number located on the locked boxes within the module.

Check your compartment. You will either find your parcel or a key to one of the parcel compartments in the community mailbox.

If you found a key, use it to open the parcel compartment that matches the number on the parcel key tag. Remove your parcel.

Lock the parcel compartment and drop the parcel key in the outgoing mail slot of the community mailbox.

We’ll deliver larger parcels directly to your home if they don’t fit in the parcel compartment or if a signature is required upon delivery.
