Every single person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with has been very friendly and engaging. Big shout out to Mike who was patient, understanding and caring when I came to the store one time because I was mailed the incorrect product. He provided me with an adequate solution and walked me through making the an exchange.

CS Chadside: Would like to give a shout out to Keno who went above and beyond in helping me yesterday.I’m usually impressed with the customer service I receive at Lululemon stores but I have to say that this particular experience really left an impression.Keno must have helped me for 10 minutes, listened, offered suggestions, checked pricing and sizing all whilst being incredibly patient and kind. I’m not sure if management read reviews but I’m hopeful they do cause Keno deserves special applause. Thank you!
Artec 78: A great variety of clothing for both men and women. It's great that you can also order items that are not in the store with a sales Rep using their online system. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Out of all of the Lululemon stores across the GTA this is my favorite location and it's always clean.
