Teri Waters: Reception was friendly and helpful. Assisted in getting stroller into clinic as I needed to bring my baby with me to the appt. I went into room right away and maybe waited 20 mins before seeing Dr Ejaz. Dr. Ejaz was reassuring that moles were normal and answered my questions. She never made me feel rushed.I went to 1065 Canadian address and reception was rude as I was at wrong location. Told me that address was in email to confirm my appt. "Did you confirm your appt? " she asked in a rude tone. I did, by phone, not email. I never received a confirmation Email, so maybe reception needs To VERY clear on correct address when booking and confirming.

I had done a lot of research and spared no expense at Sephora- but it wasn’t working. I’m spending much less money on my skin care products now and they are more effective. My skin looks better than it did 10 years ago. Kitty taught me how to use a simplified, common sense routine every day- and the results have been amazing. Dr. O’Neil helped more on the cosmetic side and all of her work that I have had done so far has been really good quality.I also did a Bella facial with Kitty yesterday, I highly recommend it.

Aims B: Dr. O'Neal and staff were awesome! The receptionist was welcoming and the doctor took her time explaining the pros and cons of removing something that cosmetically bothered me. She said that removing it will leave a scar and that may bother me more. She said to take the time to think about it, reassured me the growth isn't worrisome. She said if I were her sister she would tell me not to remove it. I asked how much it would cost and she said $400. She could have simply listened to me and removed it and took the money. But she didn't!Wonderful experience!

They accommodated my time for appointments when I changed work. Arrived early and Dr. Eisenberg was able to see me a few minutes before my appointment, assessed my skin concerns, and even wrote a prescription for a secondary concern that popped up. Very friendly as well.

Keith Thompson: I have been seeing Doctor Haider for over 10 years. Both he and Tracy are professional and very kind. Appointments are always on time. Dr Haider sees me quarterly, if not more . He is very thorough and proactive. I would highly recommend him.

He always is very thorough and proactive. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and refer him always.
Feargus C: My wife started to see Dr Haider a couple of years ago now for skin checks as we have lived in the Tropics and her father died of a melanoma. I was then referred to him too. We have both found him to be very efficient and totally helpful and professional. His receptionist Tracy is also great. The office is very well run and he keeps time well, so you rarely wait longer than a few minutes to see him. We would both highly recommend this Dr. We just wish he treated skin warts as our son suffers immensely from this re-occuring things.

M C: For those who have acne, having Dr. Singh is like a god send! I have been with her for 5 years! All the high-end dermatology clinics ruined my face because they were so money driven. Dr. Singh truly listens to you and to top it off, she treats your condition like one where it is tailored to you! She always checks on your health with any medication you are on. She monitors it closely and this is actually how Acne should be treated. There is no “one-size” fits all. And sadly, all the Dermatology clinics I’ve been to are too quick to prescribe and also no follow up at all! They just leave you hanging! I had acne my whole life. It’s a chronic condition. Thank God for this Clinic and Dr. Singh, I have been cleared of acne for many years. Occasionally if I had a break out, I go see her and it’s so easy to book an appointment - no need to wait long, no long referral waits. And because it’s continuous care, she knows what works and what didn’t with you, and work on treatment options based on that. All Dermatology clinics should be like this - instead of having different ones treating you every time. I don’t see how anyone can treat their acne successfully, long-term, without continuous care by the “same” Dermatologist. We need more of these kind of clinics for acne - coupled with Dr. Singh’s type of compassionate” care, whom actually listens and truly cares about your well-being.

Matt Song: If you have any concerns about acne, don't look any further because this is -the- place to go. I've been going to Dr. Singh for 3 years now and her treatment and kind service is exceptional. I came in with a light-to-moderate level of acne and within a few months, the difference was very noticeable. I can't speak for more severe cases, but I am confident that they would be able to find a treatment plan that works for everyone. The only downside here is that it can be difficult to schedule an appointment but that level of popularity should speak volumes on how effective the treatment is.P.S. don't forget to wear sunscreen!

Jasdeep Grewal: It’s difficult to book an initial appointment since the phone is rarely answered and the answering machine is for cancellations only but Dr. Singh is absolutely phenomenal. She’s very straight-forward and respectful. I had a horrendous breakout due to stress. Within two weeks I saw a significant reduction and after a month my skin was nearly clear. Now my skin is acne-free and Dr. Singh is helping to reduce the appearance of scarring. She explained every procedure as we went along the treatments and made sure all my questions were answered.

Sol Omon: I have been seeing Dr Webster for years. Linda the receptionist who used to work here was very professional empathetic caring and understanding. Linda has retired and Dr Webster now has a new receptionist who is just the opposite blunt rude impatient. This needs to be addressed by Dr. Webster as she is a wonderful Doctor but the first impression with the new receptionist will definitely hurt the referral business. Online reputation of any clinic by all staff working at the clinic needs to be stellar since everyone now has started to check the Google My Business Page. Love you Dr Webster but please have a long chat with your new staff. Thanks.

He is caring, very professional and will listen to your questions.There may be a long wait time, but he has so many patients from several towns coming in... we know to bring a book and a snack! LoL You can also check in, and leave- return when your time is coming up. What most don't realize is the doctor doesn't leave until each person has been seen. Usually he and staff skip lunch & dinner, don't get breaks, work constantly until they leave.Bring a drink or snack for them if u can. They forget to take care of themselves while taking care of us.

He is straight to the point and I found him to be genuinely interested in me as a whole person. Something I never experienced from seeing othe dermatologists.

He was able to squeeze me in promptly after a referral, provided a diagnosis and ensured I was informed regarding my condition. He consistently ensures that I am taken care of and comfortable during my visit. When doing biopsies or other painful or invasive treatments he ensures that I am comfortable and pain free. L.K: REVISED: In addition to my review i want to add google isnt correct about sunday times, it says 9am open but it's actually 10am i went right when they opened when i checked google but the door said a different time. maybe they changed their hours but didn't update their google overview info not a big deal just hoping to save a parent/caregiver from going and them not be opened *I brought my son in today after complaining of a very sore ear. the wait time wasn't bad at all maybe waited 15-20 minutes at most. the pediatrician I had was a very nice and detailed lady she explained everything to me, her observations, my concerns etc. I didn't feel rushed or disregarded on my concerns and visit it was a very good experience and I would bring my kids there again without a second thought

Yes sometimes the wait is very long but at least they have the text option that you can go to the park or to your car and wait instead of sit in the waiting room. Yes the Doctors can be dismissive. I try to write down what I want to discuss so that I dont forget if the Dr is in a hurry. But overall we have had our needs addressed. Our kids arent afraid of coming here.
Farzana Shahrin: Dr. Alaba is knowledgeable and helpful. Went to this clinic because of the growth and acid reflax issues of my daughter. Doctor proactively did all the required tests to find out the root cause. As a new parents we were overwhelmed but her advise and support made this challenge easier..
