Like others, I’ve been hassled by many airlines in the past, and my carry-on ALWAYS fits in their cage.- Reliable. I’ve only ever travelled with Heys and I’ve had my same set for years. I’ve lent them to family/friends who share horror stories of their friends’ luggages exploding or wheels popping off on cobble stone streets, but not mine!- Warranty. I’ve only had to use their warranty recently and brought in two of my luggages at the same time. My mom set the code on my biggest piece of luggage and then forget the code. Heys replaced the code box in record timing. Then, my teenage cousin came back from a month-long trip to Europe with my luggage that he borrowed. The stitching near my top zipper was beginning to loosen and Heys double-stitched it. Both luggages look brand new again!- Professionalism. Having opened a warranty claim, I noticed that this company responds to inquiries very quickly, which I appreciated. Making appointments are all online, they give you a QR code/link with live updates about your luggage, and they’re very accommodating. They have a two week window to repair your luggage but I notified them of an upcoming trip that was 2.5 weeks away, and they fixed my luggage in only 3 days! The receptionist at this location is extremely kind and helpful, and the workmanship on both my luggages is wonderfully crafted.I whole-heartedly would recommend this company, and it was an absolute pleasure visiting this location. I’ll continue to refer all my family and friends here.
