Likewise, Saul gave me a tour of the facilities, explaining to me the different areas of that huge and well-stocked and stocked unit. I wonder if my car needed anything and I bought windshield washer fluid. I asked what it was like and very attentively Saul offered to fill it out for me. I discussed that I might not be back in time from work for the service dept hours and was presented with several options including being able to pay online and being able to pick up via sales which stays open later. Go the report and invoice sent to me and paid online. I did make it back just in time and breezed through as everything was taken care of. All work sound and truck was clean. I was offered a shuttle but I preferred to walk home. My car was ready shortly thereafter and price was exactly as I was quoted. My car was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Only little critique is that after the battery was installed it would have been nice to have my clock set to correct time. As it had died during battery replacement. Overall a positive experience!!
