Dan Lew: Simón was great. He came within the hour after our call to get help with our car steering wheel lock that was jammed. Earlier we tried hard to unlock it but to no avail. Simon was quick to grasp the problem and got it off quickly. We had him checked our garage door remote and front door too. He provided great suggestions and helped to resolve them as well. Prices were reasonable too! Thank you Simon!

Don Foreman: Installer of my keyless entry dead lock and handle went way way way out of his way to put this on my door which had moldings that he had to cut into and custom fit without extra charge - he was witty and funny and fully instructed me on how to use and was very communicative about his timing on completion of the work and from the time i called to enquire about the service to the time it was on my door was less than 5 hours it was an awesome experience for something i was so afraid to do myself thanks pop a lock you don't see that kinda thing these days - highly recommended

Both new copies didn't work but Alex was super helpful and didn't just fix them but also gave me an extra 2 copies just in case. He also explained exactly what happened to cause the issue...the keys looked identical to the old one but there was a tiny ridge in between that didn't get transferred right. All 4 of the copies worked and they refused to get paid for the extras. Will definitely go back to them in future.
