We had our complete main floor done by Home Reno last month and I have to say, I don't think I'll ever use anyone else for future work. From the moment we walked into their beautiful showroom and were greeted by their staff we knew we were in good hands, they had everything we needed for our renovation there. Their designers, David and Aleena, gave us a detailed quote and 3D design concept after visiting our house. The selection process was easy and efficient, if they didn't have a product on display that we liked we were able to see and select it on their big touchscreen TV in the showroom. Amazing Customer Service Remon and his staff went far and beyond to assist us with an issue we had with a malfunctioning shower column. The manufacturer would not provide parts because we didn't have the receipt 5 years later. We decided to call Home Reno Direct who remodeled 3 bathrooms for us 5 years ago and they diligently tried to assist by contacting the manufacturer on our behalf. When he continued to be uncooperative, Remon offered us a new replacement column at no charge! To say the least, we were thrilled, relieved the ordeal was over, and very appreciative.

Troy was not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. His design was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish. He listened to what we didn't like about our old kitchen and came up with a great design. The cabinets and finishes are very high quality. The project took 7 weeks and included a complete gut of our old kitchen... floors, lighting, wall removal, door enclosure, cabinets. The crew was professional, polite, responsive and tidy.
