Jonathan: Three days ago I went to the store to return an online order and, I had to wait inline behind a guy who tried to return a t-shirt with mustard stains and holes in it. He claims he bought a week ago and wore it everyday. He didn't have a receipt and insisted the quality of the shirt was the issue why sweat stains appeared under the pits. It was an entertainment experience of a lifetime. I will attend the again. 10/10 exp.

renu: Always loved their jewellery that I have bought from the Bay. So happy to see the store finally open. Love their cotton. Bought four tops flr my trip. Loving them. One advice, as most clothes are made from 100% pure Indian cotton, please handwash first couple of times, especially blues. You will enjoy the vibrance of colours for a longer time. I know this as I ha e worn cotton all my life as this is the only fabric which actually breathes.

But I must say at this store the guy named "Aaron" was very courteous and polite with helping out holding item at front that I inquired about over the phone. He is a great example of how great customer service should be provided over the phone and in person. Cool guy.I was also confused between choices of color and the other girl "Rose" was very detailed with her feedback to help me decide. Overall was a great shopping experience, honestly for a moment I forgot I was suppose to be rushing and was shopping last minute for an event.
