We were asked to visit the auto show in Feb to receive “additional credit” that could be applied towards the vehicle. We had also asked that a car cover not be included, as we hadn’t asked for one. The car was in Halifax and would take a few weeks to arrive.2 weeks before delivery, we were then told that our deal had a caveat: we HAD to attend the auto show to receive the credit which was claimed to have already been applied to the vehicle. This was not how we understood it.We decided to attend the auto show to secure this credit.Day of delivery. We show up to finalize paperwork. We are told the car cover will have to be paid for, despite us understanding otherwise a few weeks ago. There seemed to be a broken chain of communication between the individuals we dealt with.We paid for the car cover as well.Long story short: Grear vehicle, good craftsmanship, but the sales process left something to be desired.Managing expectations and transparency are key pillars of the customer experience. This where we felt hard done by.

A: Masoud and Leo are the only people I go to for all my JLR needs! They’re exceptionally friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of!

Dwayne Wright: A great experience getting my F-Pace serviced for an issue my normal mechanic was unable to resolve. The customer service provided by Robyn and John in particular was above and beyond. I have confidence in the service department to find a solution that's effective without being excessive in price.A basic assessment was billed at $210 plus tax, in keeping with the shop labour rate for one hour. The shuttle service was arranged through JLR's Uber account, and seemed quite efficient. The service included a sanitizing treatment for the car at the interior touch points and a quick wash, plus the shuttle.Parts are in keeping with the markup expected from the manufacturer, so, higher than domestic but well fitted.The customer service effort put in by John was what prompted the five star review - he helped me through the repair process and gave a lot of information about how the components worked. Robyn ensured I was comfortable and updated throughout the process.The sales floor was kept immaculate, with a comfortable lounge and coffee nook, though I can't comment to the sales staff, as I was able to relax pending the assessment.

Tibor, my Service Advisor at Coventry North, relieves that. I am just out of warranty now, so it's important to get a wellness check, but not be pushed into anything unnecessary, to get done. I feel comfortable with him handling my car and working with the shop, to solve the "mysteries" of the average Jaguar/Landrover. I've had 6 over the years. I hope he's there for my next visit. Mel Kirch: Our experience with Daniel and Tevin was EXEPTIONAL. Even though we live far away we speak highly of this team and have recommended them whenever we talk about our purchase. To say they went above and beyond is understating what they really did. Daniel had a small window of time to get us in our F-Pace and on our way. He went worked miracles to make it happen. Both Daniel and Tevin even stayed late on Friday to go over the car with us before we were on our way. I will never forget booking the initial appointment over the phone with Daniel, he asked about three questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and when we arrived he had 2 vehicles picked out, but said "this is the vehicle for you" regarding the F-Pace.
