Our project, Chandni Victoria Banquet Hall is spread over 22000 sq. ft. It’s a grand venue for celebrations and star-lit functions. Every detail right from the chandeliers to doorknobs, reflects a sense of grandeur, making it Mississauga’s most popular event venue.

Customer comfort is an integral part of the hospitality industry. In this sector, the customer is always king. Hotel design necessitates a practical approach, a keen eye, and a customer perspective. One of our biggest hospitality interior projects was to design 164 guest rooms and suites at the Toronto Airport Hotel. Bringing together the signature statement of design is what TWG is all about.
With the growth of many multinational hospitality brands through franchising, many partners and clients are considering converting their businesses into a franchise and allowing freedom for business operations. Super Choice Kitchen: we worked with technoarch INC to get our unit in Burlington ready and it was the best decision we made. Step 1: QuoteThe familiarization with a given project includes inquiring about building density, design, and accessibility to allow for the estimation of time for completion and cost of the required drafting services.
Step 2: Site VisitOur team will complete our building measuring services during our site visit. Measurements are primarily taken from the inside and complemented with outside measurements. Full access must be given to ensure the completion of accurate floor plans.

Community Clinic: The George Hull Centre for Children and Families provides mental health services to children from birth to 18 and their families. One of our main treatment specialties is Family Therapy, in which we work with children and their families to improve relationships, parenting, and to work through difficult life situations. At our Community Clinic we had four Family Therapy Rooms which were sadly lacking in any sort of warmth or design, were run down, and felt institutional. Because these are such important spaces where we want children and families to feel safe, we were very excited when Jane and her team offered to volunteer their time, talent and resources to completely transform the rooms into warm, welcoming and dignified spaces.Jane Lockhart Interior Design were amazing to work with! Their attention to detail and commitment to the project ensured not only that the entire process happened seamlessly, but also with a spectacular end result. Jane and her team went above and beyond the call of duty to make this happen, calling on their own vendors and suppliers to donate everything from paint and lighting to sofas and artwork. The feedback from the children and families has been overwhelming. Leonard Patterson: I chose M&D Builders for major renovations to our home in the early fall of 2021. The work involved “gutting” a finished basement, kitchen, main floor powder room, a family room and a connecting hall.The re-construction required extensive plumbing and electrical work, installation of new trims, casings, doors and site preparation for new cabinetry as well as installation of new wood floors, tile floors, and finally all finish painting. M&D Builders installed new pot lighting through-out the renovated areas, as well as, installation of all kitchen and bathroom appliances and fixtures. Khizer Butt: After hearing multiple horror stories and never having any renovations done, I was hesitant initially, but my washroom was in dire need of fixing and had to take action. After getting several no-shows, slow responses and very high estimations, I, fortunately, came across M & D Builders who not only thoroughly reviewed the washroom but gave an honest assessment of what to expect along with a very reasonable price. Jackie owner of Parsons Interiors provided excellent advice and coordinated the colour palette. She advised on what existing furniture should be kept, what could be reupholstered and sourced new furniture at a fair and reasonable price. I very much like the end result. Anthony George: When I bought my condo, to say it needed a lot of work would have been an understatement. It wasn't painted, there were no blinds or curtains, it needed some minor construction, there was no furniture whatsoever - I was in way over my head, and the amount of work that needed to be done was overwhelming. As a guy in his late twenties with no experience with this kind of thing, I didn't know where I would even start. I came across Jackie's page online and decided to give her a call on a whim. She answered the phone herself, I told her what I needed and simply asked her if she could help me. We met shortly after at the condo so she could see the space and get to know me, the feel I was looking for, and my budget. Over the coming weeks we developed our game plan: we determined our layout, we chose paints, fabrics, designed the furniture, found our materials for a custom brick accent wall - she was incredible. She was never pushy, knew what I wanted, helped me find everything, hired the contractors, the painters, the blinds guy, everyone! She was there at the condo for deliveries and coordination of the professionals while I was at work and couldn't be there. I would communicate with her, and she would communicate with them. She went as far as getting the mattresses, bed sheets, towels, bath mats - literally everything. When I needed her, she was a text, email, or phone call away. Her personal care and attention to detail were not only helpful, they were integral. She saw my vision, and she saw it through to completion. When there was a problem with the delivery, she took care of it. I couldn't be happier with the way the place turned out. Jackie is a professional with a personal touch, and I could not have done it without her. I would highly recommend her to anyone for anything, no matter how big or small the project is.

Our furnace service guy said he suspected a leak in the pipe leading to our water tank. A plumber came and said no leak, it was just sweating. So we called CDC to be sure . I know the company but had never actually had them to work on my home personally.Well, Alex from CDC was sent over exactly when they said he would be here. He did a thorough check, found a small leak, and soldered the pipes right away on the spot. No running off with the clock running or any of that BS some plumbers do, he didn't waste any time, something I really appreciate!
