Daniel Laprise: Work trip needed a place to stay close to where I was working. Nice hotel. Staff was amazing. Having the breakfast included was good and they had many choices. If you wanted your eggs done another way they would do it. Location is a bit off, I less you're planning to spend you time at Square One. Doors close at 6PM so you need your key after that. Many great restaurants around and at a walkable distance.
sr1848: Having stayed at many Marriott hotels, I have to say, they have one of the best beds I have ever slept in! After a hard day of work, nothing is better than having a great sleep to recharge for the next day.The hotel is located close to many amenities. Restaurants and other services are all within walking distance. There is also a major shopping mall nearby.The room was immaculate - the housekeeping staff definitely pays attention to detail.The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely willing to go above and beyond.I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in the area.
Marco Marone: Just a few steps from SquareOne Mall, and just a little GoBus ride from the Toronto Pearson Airport; this hotel has a lot more to offer than just a comfortable night of sleep. Rooms are specious, clean, and comfortable. More people should look into great hotels like these when visiting Toronto. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. I especially enjoyed the on-site dining options, which offered delicious meals. The location was ideal, close to shopping and entertainment. A truly enjoyable stay that I would eagerly recommend to others!

Robert Bonner: Everything was wonderful. The room cleaners were friendly and considerate. I noticed that everyone seemed like they were family. There were children playing around there which gave the place a family environment. It was very cozy. The breakfast was good too. The automatic pancake maker was very interesting. The hostess who was making sure the food area was clean was extremely personable. When I say everybody was friendly, I mean EVERYBODY was friendly from the confirmation phone call I had to make until the day I checked out.

Deb G.: This place was really nice. Will stay here again. Rooms great. Terrific staff. Breakfast buffet very much improved from other hotels this trip. Really impressed. . Room had more than enough electrical outlets. Even 2 footstools/little seats. Bathroom was also impressive: ample counter space, even included a very helpful night lite, softer towels than normally find in hotels. Lots of "extras". Staff was very professional and helpful. Wow!

Julie Kenar: upscale hotel by Hilton. Location is near an industrial park but the hotel has a full service restaurant available for breakfast and dinner. Decor is modern, upscale, and beautiful! Rooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. King rooms have large walk in shower. I will definitely stay here again later this year on my next business trip to Mississauga.
Steve Cochran: This is a great new hotel, I'm a Hilton Diamond member, so I am familiar with all the Hilton brands. This hotel is in the Tapestry collection and it was outstanding. The staff was great, the room was great - with a great shower. I had dinner and drinks at the bar and restaurant and both did a very good job. I was on business, but this would be a nice hotel for a weekend getaway.Food & drinks: Nice restaurant and bar on the property.

There is a restaurant on the main level with dine-in and takeout options, but I would have been nice to have someone bring up the food to us instead of us having to take it out ourselves. Mati Das: Luxe Convention Center was amazing our event coordinator Carla she also helped us plan and organize, we were running late on deadlines but she was so understanding even on the morning of my wedding she was still responsive promptly!It didn't stop there! jeran was very helpful on top of everything and again very accommodating. Nothing has gone the way we planned in terms of timing so far I made it go flawlessly. She kept checking on us and making sure we needed anything. Mira Sirotic: I was really impressed by the high quality service and accommodations at the hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed with lovely bedding and towels, a very nice suite of personal care items, and smart design features like clever baskets in the small closet to help maximize the space. The lobby offered a choice of refreshments and the staff immediately sent a message to check on my arrival experience. The blackout curtains worked very well, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent.

Paul Robertson: Hotel staff is friendly and hotel clean. You can enjoy a swim in the pool which is cool and refreshing or bbq outside in the sitting area. Breakfast served is nice and on a rotation so you are not always eating the same thing. Lots of different food to choose from. Everything is well kept and clean. I was extremely happy with my 12 day stay in this hotel. I'm sure I will be back at some point.

He was really friendly and eager to help. So thank you, Alvin and thank you, Sandman Hotel for this wonderful experience.
A S: It is a very nice property at a great location, however, I had multiple service issues with the hotel and I shared my experience with the manager who saved the day with her exceptional service otherwise I had decided I would never return to any Sandman hotel. The staff needs to be trained so that no manager's intervention is required in the future and the service delivery is guaranteed. Because of her service, I would return to the hotel but I expect the staff to be trained better.

Grant Thomsen: Nice hotel with very large rooms close to the airport. I was surprised to have a room with both a bedroom and lounge. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue were the outside of the windows look like they had not been clean in a long time. It was has to see out side the were so dirty. Also any metal fixtures in the bathroom were rusting. It was a large clean room for a fair price.

Nikhil Dixit: Wanted to reach out to share our experience, and the fantastic service we received from Manish. We recently stayed here for a family event in town for a couple of nights - we checked in late the first night, and had mistakenly double booked the room with the wrong rate. Manish was very polite and patient in helping us with the issue, and even called his manager to helped get it resolved quickly late night. Stellar person. And he helped us with complementary items we had forgotten. Thank you Manish!
Tom Evans: We have stayed here a few times and will be staying here again soon. The accommodations couldn’t be more perfect. Very updated design, extremely roomy, comfortable and configured well. Clean, well maintained. Staff welcoming and professional. We bring our dog and he is made to feel right and home as well the rest of us. It’s nice to go somewhere with you children and pet and not feel judged negatively 😉. The management team of this property know how to do it right. Food options are outstanding. You get a lot more here than one might expect. Exceeds expectations on many levels.
Karen: We came to Toronto to spend time with friends and are so happy to have stayed at this hotel. The place was very clean. Our room layout was comfortable for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped. Though cleaning services are only every few days, the staff was happy to provide whatever we needed. The breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options…nicer than most hotels of the kind. There were always several staff members on duty, keeping the food well stocked and the area clean. The indoor pool and exercise area was nice and also clean. The outdoor patio area was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax and visit. Just be aware that the patio area is used from 5-9 pm as a lounge, and during that time other food and drink is not permitted. A pleasant stay made for a wonderful weekend. Thank you!
C N: This location is an average representation of the Residence Inn brand by Marriott. It lacks some of the amenities that I appreciate about the properties in the US, for example the fridge does not make ice, some utensils were missing, the scrub daddy wasn't provided, coffee was not available until 7AM in the lobby.It seemed to be a relatively new property, very clean, with up to date decor. Laundry facility was adequate and uses a single token that can be purchased at the front desk.I believe the price was commensurate with the quality of the property. 7.5 out of 10 and I would definitely stay here again.

Scott Ford (Scott Exploring): My 1st Visit to the Toronto Area, this was the best choice hotel I could find and I am so glad that I picked this one. This is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good, much better then the type that you get in the States at a Super 8. If i am in the area again ,I will defiantly stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean, the internet was fast and the parking was free in the parking lot, which must be a big deal in Canada as every place made a point to mention free parking

Chris Wendy: Sometimes you just need a budget hotel that is close to where you need to be. This one is great value for money. Rooms are large and clean, staff is pleasant and courteous. It has free breakfast and free parking. It’s right off the highway and has a pool. It is not claiming to be a 5 star, and it’s not, but it is great quality for the price. It answered all our needs and more.We got the room with the kitchen and it was well worth the bit of extra money. Very satisfied.

The gym is small, but it'll workSafety: The elevator made 3 of my family members think that they were stuck. After that, they refused to go up the elevator and took the stairs for 24 hours, and we were on the 4th floor, so it may be stable, but fix the sound in the elevator and you'll be good

J B: Pros: room and surfaces were clean, close to public transport, hot water was very hot and water pressure was good, bathtub is nice and deep, breakfast, parking and wifi are free, staff was courteous, close to large shopping centre.Cons: wifi is very spotty, see-through curtain in bathroom window, fixtures and furniture/decor are older, walls are thin, very busy street and driveway is easy to miss.Not fancy but clean and comfy enough for the price. Would stay again if the wifi issue can be solved.

The staff were great, very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay.The rooms were typical, nothing fancy but good, clean, comfortable and the price was great and affordable!
