Dipika Khanna: Had a very positive experience with Right at Home Care! I was in Mississauga visiting parents after a long time and needed a short term caregiver for our adult son with significant disabilities and. Involvement. After identifying my needs for our son they provided a highly trained PSA who was caring, professional and excellent with our son! She got to know our son very quickly and went above and beyond to make sure he was well taken care of. It’s not easy traveling with a special needs child for many reasons but the care he received by the PSA sent was top notch. I would contact Right At Home care for future trips without hesitation.

She was required by the clinic to be available nearby while I receiving treatment which reduced my anxiety considerably. I required the service twice weekly for 4 weeks. She was proactive throughout the process.The PSW arrived home on time and ensured the COVID-19 guidelines were followed. My dad was very comfortable and happy with service that was provided. The nurse dressed the injury very well each day, the nurse also ensured that my dad ate the right diet. P Dhd: One of their staff Arshdeep Kaur has been assigned to take care of my dad for the last few months; we find her service outstanding. She is very punctual, caring, empathetic in her care which is greatly helping in the physical and emotional recovery and well being.
Kerri Patterson: We have been with Home Instead for several years and anytime we call the office they have been so helpful. We have had the same caregiver for over 1 year now Gurpreet and she is so amazing and professional. My son requires the services. He is non verbal and Gurpreet always comes with a smile on her face and talks to my son as she was having a conversation with someone who is verbal. He is kept clean and comfortable when she is caring for our son. We our so grateful she is our son’s caregiver. One more thing to mention as the people are so professional and well organized , Danielle called and introduced herself and advised what her position is dealing with my son which we appreciate and so we have a name and contact information should we have any issues. Also to mention Arden is also another contact for our son’s team and she is also very professional and assists us with our requests we may. In the end if I were to choose an agency to assist with my sons care most definitely we would have Home Instead off Mississauga.

PSWs Natasha and Amanjot took excellent care of our 94 year old mother but more importantly, they were observant and notified the Resident's staff immediately, of any thing that seemed concerning to them. Jennifer Williams: We have only the best things to say about Home Instead and the way they went above and beyond to take care of our Mom.Our companion Miriam was truly a gift! She learned about Mom and what she enjoyed, and then ensured her findings were incorporated into Mom’s daily routine. She cooked and shopped for Mom, played games, sang songs and went for walks. She even attended medical and hair appointments.On several occasions Mom had to go to emergency and Miriam waited with her for hours. Sometimes she worked a double shift without even being asked. She is truly a treasure and we will be forever grateful to her and to Home Instead for all their compassion, help and support.If you’re looking for home care for your parent or spouse we highly recommend this company!

Fraser Anderson: Hi Folks, my name is Fraser and I'd like to share some of my family's experience with Home Instead and their staff. We found ourselves in a rather urgent situation with my father, who suffers from dementia. With one phone call and a couple of emails, I was able to arrange for a Caregiver to be with my dad within two days of contacting Home Instead. This addressed our immediate concerns regarding my dad's wellbeing, and that of others, which was critical in our case. Once the Caregivers were on site with my dad, his behavior issues were overcome with communication, compassion and caring. My dad started referring to his Caregiver as his co-worker during the daily visits, which was a nice way to think of my dad's day. The interaction of the Caregivers that spent time with my dad every day, along with the staff at Credit River Retirement, made my dad's time much more enjoyable and engaging for him, which was our goal.Home Instead were extremely helpful at a critical time, and their response was a huge relief for our family. Thank you!
Janet M: . He sorely missed his wife since her passing in May 2020 and spent many days in hospital. At Amica City Center he was receiving excellent care but we needed more hours. Based on referral from other family members, I contacted Home Instead. So glad I did, and we arranged 24/7 care.Home Instead provided excellent day and night shift Care Givers who came to know and care for him. They were there whenever he needed support, helping with his meals, taking him to resident activities, etc. They also worked well with Amica City Centre nurses and PSWs, plus the Home and Community Care Support Services - Mississauga Halton.The office staff, Navdeep and her coworkers always kept me up to date when shift changes were needed. Every Care Giver from Home Instead provided excellent care and knew when to call for nursing support and when to call me. I always got excellent updates either on visits or by phone.It was very busy with the comings and goings of other care providers from Amica City Centre, the Palliative team, deliveries of medication, and it was so helpful to me as prime family contact to know that medical supplies, meals and laundry were handled.Darshika, Sandeep, Shaifali and especially Lovepreet deserve commendation for caring for my broker-in-law over the three months he was in their care and especially when he finally was able to join his beloved ‘beautiful wife’, my sister!

Sean Yu: Review of physiotherapyA comparative evaluation of the CBI clinic based on my recent five-session Home Exercise Program for my lower back numbness and pain.Pros:1. Staff was friendly and inviting.2. The exercise program was prepared by a Physiotherapist according to individual health situations.3. Each session of personal exercise was instructed by a Kinesiologist. A printed copy with the exercise procedures showing on drawings was provided for home practice referral.4. I found that practicing the correct exercise of each session assisted by a Kinesiologist and conducting home exercises according to the instruction were helpful for recovery.Cons:1. Took a longer time to get admitted. Difficult to get appointment times.2. Parking was scarce. Fortunately taking the Mississauga Transit helped solve my parking problem.

Mueez Shah: was tremendous help and great to work with. After his departure Miguel took over and he did not disappointed. Very knowledge helpful and can ask anything he will gladly help. From exercise to routines to incorporate in you gym/ day to day to stretches that help with with the injury.Aaron - physiologist took care of the physio needs for my lower and upper back. He relived my tensions and gave great advice and as well as stretches to do help alleviate the pain and tension. Both Miguel and Aaron were great help in my recovery process. Would highly recommend talking to them. They are easy going and fun to chat with.

Aaron and Miguel were extremely professional, courteous and very easy to have conversations with. They helped me with a full recovery and sent me an updated exercise program to work on at home in addition to our sessions. Jerusha and Jennifer were also great and helped work with my hectic schedule. Jennifer Karlein: I was referred to CBI by my family physician for physio for disk degeneration, after failed success at another clinic that was just treating every patient with the same techniques, and machines. CBI treated me with a plan catered to my injury, which consisted of zero machines, but natural body healing, and it was extremely successful.I have now gone back to this clinic several times after for other issues, and treated with, again, specific plans, and exercises catered to my needs. I am also emailed a copy of all my required exercises.Aaron is wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and a great conversationalist. I can't recommend this clinic enough. Always available parking, and Sam at the front desk will give you a parking voucher

Monica Nobile: Above average initial service to get things started by Steve Jones. He had 24 hour careready in 24 hours right before Christmas. Staff were in place right through the holidays.
