WK Office WK Office: I hired Aaron after consulting with a few other home theatre companies. He was the only one who provided an in-depth overview of the project without trying to just upsell me on the equipment. He completed a home theatre room for my basement and provided everything with the exception of painting and decorating. The end result was a 130 inch screen with built-in speakers of the highest quality at an affordable price. Any problems encountered were diligently and quickly resolved. I would highly recommend him. If you want the best project for the best price he is your man. He loves his work and it shows.

In this particular step, he helped me pick out the best TV for the basement living room space, and the process went for the most part seamlessly. There was one issue only, with some double sided tape, holding up the Apple TV controller, which seemed to be faulty, and caused some temporary technical issues; but his prompt replies quickly resolved the issue and left me feeling like good customer service does still exists in the world! A few months ago, I encountered a subpar customer service experience while attempting to initiate an RMA process for a cartridge, prompting me to assign Trutone a rating of 1 out of 5. However, following a recent transaction involving the acquisition of a new record player from them, I have observed a notable improvement in their support services. The dedicated support team exhibited commendable professionalism, resulting in a significantly smoother and more satisfactory process. I must highlight the courteous and professional demeanor of Ahmet throughout the interaction. As a result, I have decided to revise my review, upgrading the rating from 1 to 4 stars.I extend my appreciation to the entire Trutone team for their diligent efforts in rectifying the previous shortcomings and delivering a more commendable customer experience.
Ron Rivet: I bought a nice Rega Elex r online from Trutone in December last year. Fast delivery! Upon no fault of their own and not the products fault, the left channel stopped working. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who told me to bring it in and said they would send it out for repair. I decided to drive down and drop it off in person. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Jeff even took me for a tour of their store. Absolutely amazing!I will let you know how the repair work and everything else invloved went. So far, so good!Update:My Rega amp was repaired quickly by the Rega repair dealer. It was covered under warranty and it was returned promptly. The Rega company and the staff members at Trutone offer a service that is second to none! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone deal with Trutone if you are looking to deal with an excellent company that offer excellent service and excellent products!Another update:The amp is acting up so I called Trutone and Robert was excellent to deal with. They are working on solving the issue promptly and though it's not his fault, he apologized for the inconvenience.Top notch!

I have bought 2 large TV's, a Bluesound System and several smaller items/accessories etc. They are helpful, knowledgeable and I've always found their prices competitive.I was recently having a real nightmare of a problem configuring my home theatre system after buying an Apple TV 4K +. I didn't even buy it from them but when I called them they were able to offer me truly clear, helpful advice over the phone that got me up and running despite the complexity of my system. They were willing to set up an in-home visit to solve this for me but I managed to get things running with their help over several phone calls. Like I said—Trutone is the best!

Samsung 65" SUHD HDR wth Audioquest cabling throughout and educated me on computer audio and created a network for me wth Pakedge switches, router, NAS & Wifi. Recently added a Sonos set-up as well. These guys are passionate professionals and pride themselves in great customer service. I highly recommend a visit to Trutone and speak with one of the team for all your audiophile needs.

Charles Small: We were in a situation where we needed to buy equipment for a specific, pretty specialized business need, and wanted to know if it would work for our application first, before putting down money on expensive hardware. Problem ? Best Buy, Staples, Canada Computers, every other big box outlet, will not let you have a demo. You can buy online and take a wild guess and depend on return policies, but that is not much of an option. Online outlets like Newegg don't know anything about the products, and you can't reach the manufacturers either, or get any info from them, other than what is on the web site. These people, I must say, were great, though we had to drive an hour to get there. They were knowledgeable, they set up the product, gave us an extended demo, suggested and evaluated options, customizations and accessories. Only place we could have got this done. They most definitely deserve to be supported !
Dan Borg: I purchased an 85" Sony Tv, Sonos amp, Sonos Arc, Sonos sub, Paradigm in ceiling speakers recently from Trutone Electronics. I received great advice from Luis on the equipment choices and his knowledge is second to none. I also had Trutone install everything that I purchased as well as wall mount 2 existing tv's. The TV was mounted just the way I wanted it, and the technician, Matthew, didn't mount it until making sure that I was happy with the location and the height of the TV. He used my mounting rack, but if you don’t have one, they provide you with a rack if you let them know beforehand at a charge. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rob Fautley: Sounds Good were involved 13 years ago when we built our custom home. They wired our entire house for sound, Tv's, cameras and created a system unlike any others that I had seen or heard. When our home was hit by lightening, Rob and Luke were back to update and repair our system and worked along side of the Insurance team to make sure that we were well looked after. In 2021 we decided to finish the last 2200 sq. feet of our basement which included new TV's, Elan remotes and 5 Apple Tv's. They were able to tie our old and new systems together to add a whole new level of control and sound options for us.Yesterday the guys were back again to clean up all the wiring, add in a new control tower and add more Surge protection and backup batteries to our system. Communications Coordinator: Our organization contracted Canada Video Communications to provide a boardroom videoconferencing solution. CVC demonstrated excellent technical expertise in their quote, including some hardware options which were omitted by other bidders. When time for the installation came, the work was completed very professionally. The installation and finishes are impeccably clean and well-integrated with our pre-existing boardroom furnishings. The hardware supplied has exceeded our expectations, particularly with respect to ease-of-use.Based on the experience with Canada Video Communications, I can't recommend strongly enough working with an expert audio/video contractor if you have a project related to permanent videoconferencing installation. CVC provided domain-specific expertise beyond my capacity to research and DIY, even though I'm a networking and IT professional. If I had gone it alone, we'd have a much worse set-up and I'd be constantly helping people connect to the hardware. CVC have my endorsement.
