Daniel Laprise: Work trip needed a place to stay close to where I was working. Nice hotel. Staff was amazing. Having the breakfast included was good and they had many choices. If you wanted your eggs done another way they would do it. Location is a bit off, I less you're planning to spend you time at Square One. Doors close at 6PM so you need your key after that. Many great restaurants around and at a walkable distance.

Deb G.: This place was really nice.  Will stay here again. Rooms great.  Terrific staff.  Breakfast buffet very much improved from other hotels this trip.  Really impressed.  . Room had more than enough electrical outlets. Even 2 footstools/little seats. Bathroom was also impressive: ample counter space, even included a very helpful night lite, softer towels than normally find in hotels. Lots of "extras". Staff was very professional and helpful. Wow!

Zeshan Fiza: Absolutely fantastic location, clean rooms, upscale modern and even has a convention center conveniently attached for those of us looking for big weddings venues. Would recommend to anybody who has a Hyatt membership, especially a discoverest or explorer member. They treat you very very well and continue to keep their standards high.Rooms: Very clean. Mimi Chieu Penner: It wasn't hard to locate it. Parking was good. Plenty of spots and it's free. The staff was cheery and helpful. They're reassuring and quick to action. We got a standard room with two queen sized beds and bath/shower. The Best Western on the phone was very good at helping with the booking. The staff at the Glo Best Western was good. There's a 24 hour gym. A swimming pool with shallow water and a not so deep end. We only went swimming once and the water was quite cold but you get use to it after a while. The swimming pool is indoors and it's open from 6am to 10pm. I think it got vandalized when we had tried to go swimming again. Unfortunately, we didn't read the sign that it was closed but hopefully they'll be able to fix it and get it back in order. There's towels in the pool area, a bathroom, quick shower and safety equipment in case of a drowning. There's emergency phones available too. Floating devices and noodles. The gym has treadmills, elliptical and weights. A water machine and yoga supplies. It's clean and organized. The rooms are located on three levels. There's both stairs and elevator. The elevator is best taken down. It is slow going up. It's quicker to just take the stairs. There's vending machines and ice available. More items are available at the front desk. There's lots of bathrooms available for customers. They offered buffet breakfasts every morning from 7am and on. Wide variety of eggs, meats, beans, breads, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, pancakes, muffins and juices. Coffee and teas. There's plenty of on-the-go trays available for use, disposal plates, cups, bowls and utensils. The kitchen staff are very friendly. The front desk staff are quick at getting us what we needed and housekeeping as well. Our room was clean. Linen was ok. The towels were good. The bathroom had a supply of personal hygienic items and a dryer. The toilet was good and toilet paper. The only thing that I didn't care about was the garbage bags. They're clear bags that doesn't hold much. Other than that, everything was good. Plenty of outlets and USB outlets too. There's a desk area with a wheeled office chair. An ironing board and a safe in the closet. Plenty of room to hang your stuff with steel hangers/ clips for pants and put your luggages on. There's even a luggage table. There's a mirror on the sliding door to the closet. The floor wasn't carpet so it's easy to walk on and clean. It's just a room. Not a place we hung out at, so it's mainly for rest and sleep. There's a tv with local channels and basic. The curtains were good because it blocks the light from outside and the window was clear, so we're able to see outside nicely. The temperature for the room is controlled on the wall and the air conditioning was very cold. The lights for the room was good but I think they need to install nightlights for nighttime. There's a microwave and a mini fridge with a freezer. A coffee /tea maker. We used the fridge. It looked like it doesn't work but surprisingly it does! Even the freezer works. I tested it out by putting a water bottle in it. It froze it overnight and the fridge kept our stuff cold. It was easy to check out. I called them and they were quick to acknowledge that. Good experience.

Julie Kenar: upscale hotel by Hilton. Location is near an industrial park but the hotel has a full service restaurant available for breakfast and dinner. Decor is modern, upscale, and beautiful! Rooms and bathrooms are large and well appointed. King rooms have large walk in shower. I will definitely stay here again later this year on my next business trip to Mississauga.

Scott Ford (Scott Exploring): My 1st Visit to the Toronto Area, this was the best choice hotel I could find and I am so glad that I picked this one. This is a very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good, much better then the type that you get in the States at a Super 8. If i am in the area again ,I will defiantly stay here again. The rooms were nice and clean, the internet was fast and the parking was free in the parking lot, which must be a big deal in Canada as every place made a point to mention free parking

Wei Sun: Close to the airport. Not in a busy area so it’s very quiet. Spacious room with all the standard amenities. Clean and comfortable. Quick check in and out.The washroom is a little bit small. AC is a little loud. I needed one more blanket for my kid and I was asked to go to the front desk to pick it up by myself.Overall it is a great Hotel , we stayed for one night and had a good sleep. We didn’t have to get up too early for the flight next morning.
