Amira Haider: My mom and I have been going to Salma for about 15 years. She is the only person who’s ever cut my hair, and she always does an amazing job. My mom and I swear by her waxing, she takes her time when doing eyebrow waxing/threading and the result is always perfect. She is also a great massage therapist, she always helps to relieve any of my mom’s or my muscle tension. I usually always fall asleep during my massages just from how comfortable and relaxed I am. Recently, I got a lash lift from her too, one of her new services. She did a great job and I got so many compliments on my eyelashes. Salma is overall such a kind and trustworthy woman, and she is a professional at every one of her services! You won’t be disappointed going to her.

Aaron Baynton: I came in today with a bit of knowledge on the Aveda product offering.. but I was blown away by the top notch service I received from, Bonnie, the rep working the store alone this evening.She was attentive to all of my requests and provided a wealth of knowledge and information you’d have to sift hours through online. She worked with me to make recommendations based on my hair type and based on the overall aesthetic I was after for my hair care.I felt completely at ease, as though a good friend was making recommendations based on what would work for me - vs a sales person trying to meet their quotas. We went through various products and I ended up leaving with 3 items I know are going to offer me the look and scalp hydration that I was initially after.She then let me know about the store sign up offer of 15% off which ended up saving me a total of nearly 30.00 off my purchase, and then loaded me up with free samples of shampoo and conditioner that allow me to trial a few more of the Aveda product pool, so next time I come back I’ll have a better idea of what items work with my hair and offer the hydration and protection I’m after.Thank you for an awesome first time experience to an Aveda shop front, if you’re lucky enough to get Bonnie in the store - you’re in very good hands from someone who cares about matching the right product with the right person. Square one Aveda made me feel safe, clean, I didn't have to touch anything in the store and they even sanitize the bottle before they put it in your bag.

The receipt shows the cashier as Chitwan - I highly recommend buying products at this location especially if you require advice or assistance and you want a positive experience!Great selection and service at this location and very friendly staff. Gave good advice on mustache colour selection. Very clean and nicely decorated throughout - this location is highly recommended!

Lindsay Biderman: I just completed the sugaring course at Fernanda’s. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I could not have asked for a better teacher! Sandy is so passionate about her trade and teaching it to others and it comes through right away. She was SO kind and supportive and really went above and beyond to ensure that everyone got the correct sugaring technique down. She also taught us many tips and tricks, which she’s learned from her numerous years of experience, that I’m not so sure one would learn from alternate sugaring courses. The staff at Fernanda’s were kind and helpful as well.
