If I had to describe Ari: very passionate, very professional, very accommodating, very proud and she smells great! Ari listens to her clients and makes suggestions, recommendations based on age, hair texture, face shape, skin tone, etc., etc. I do not have a bob haircut nor would Ari let me leave her salon with one - it does not suit me and why would Ari subject me to this when it would be a direct reflection of her and her salon?! How many salons wash the client's hair with the expensive salon shampoos? Ari uses the products she sells and endorses on her client's hair! What more could you want? Over the years, I have gone from brown to blonde hair and I want the change to happen immediately – in just 1 visit! But as much as Ari aims to please, she explains that doing this will damage the hair – it`s achievable; it just takes a few visits to get there. No matter what colour I want, Ari makes it happen and I receive compliments about my hair all the time – it looks healthy, feels healthy and the colour lasts, despite the few grays that keep creeping up! The negative review is over a year old…I hope the positive, true and heartfelt ones from loyal clients turn this into a 5-Star review. My Husband and I have been going there for years, and have never once had a bad experience nor were we ever unhappy about a haircut! My sister-in-law introduced me to Ari after I had went from salon to salon with nothing less then disappointment after disappointment.
