Pro Guitar Studio: what do users think?

Perry Kuhnen: started taking guitar lessons with Jason. So far it's been very enjoyable and Jason appears to be very knowledgeable. As an older student I appreciate the flexibility in content.

Safiya Shere: Jason is an extremely patient and gentle instructor who adapts his coaching for all learners. He offers a recap of every lesson via email, has an extensive website with plenty of lessons and tips and other things to access. He's always open to feedback and helping you achieve your goals.

Ryan Unkown: Jason is an excellent guitar teacher. I started here as a beginner, but I've learned so much in the year that I've been here that I joined the high school band and am applying the skills Jason taught me. Even my school's music teacher has complimented my skills. I would highly suggest this instructor; I enjoy his class and plan to continue for a while.

Dan Barrett: I always wanted to learn a musical instrument, whether guitar or drums and after meeting Jason, it was guitar. From our initial meeting to my in-person lessons to online lessons, Jason was and is, the ultimate professional in teaching. He showed great patience with me and always provided positive feedback with every lesson. No matter how bad I thought my playing was, he always found good in it and encouraged me to continue practicing. He frequently mentioned how much he thought I was improving and encouraged me to continue to work hard. He was supportive and very patient, offering his time anytime I needed it. He is a fine gentleman with great guitar skills that will help anyone at any level. Looking for a great teacher......Jason is certainly the one. Thank you so much Jason

Romina Izzo: Hi my name is Ernie I have been enrolled in Pro Guitar Studio for a year and a half JASON is an amazing guitar teacher he is patient understanding and willing to give up a lot of his time to help out students not only do I learn guitar once a week he also provides additional classes free of charge to help you learn other skills To advance your guitar training I highly recommend JASON and Pro Guitar studio

AvengersF4n (Math also): He is a great guitar teacher! Definitely recommend!

Shanth Shenoy: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,ValueLook no further than Pro Guitar and Jason to learn and master the guitar, Jason is an excellent and patient teacher, personally I am enjoying playing and learning this instrument through Jason's tutelage - thank you Jason

Kevin Rickard: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,ValueJason has made it very easy for my 12 year old daughter and I to learn to play guitar from home. Not only is he an amazing teacher and player, but he also uses his high tech skills to put together simple to use live virtual lessons, practice materials, and tutorials.

Ernie izzo: I always wanted to play the guitar but could never find the right teacher Fortunately I met Jason who is a great teacher easy to talk to makes learning guitar fun informative lessons always available to help calm and patient all the things you want in the teacher I recommend him highlyErnest Izzo

Audrey P: lessons with Jason in July of 2020 after years of wanting to learn and watching so many of my friends express themselves through music. Jason has always been supportive and patient with my learning process and offers a structured learning program, while also creating space for individual exploration and development. Like a great 4 course meal and buffet combined, he offers many classes to choose from and also is attentive and able to structure individualized learning plans. I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't have made the progress I have without his support and patience. I 1000% recommend Jason and the PGS to any one wanting to learn guitar!

J C: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueHighly recommend! Jason delivers in every possible way: personalized instruction, affordable pricing, & professional atmosphere. I am so lucky to have found Pro Guitar Studio!

Dustin Angelo: Jason is a fantastic guitar teacher for all levels of experience. I was a beginner when I started and have made great progress. Jason encourages you to learn at your own pace but maintain as much consistency as possible. He is very proactive about asking what you like and don't like as well as encouraging you to work on learning songs that you want to play. He easily arranges songs based on your level so you don't get frustrated by trying to play something that is too difficult. Jason is always looking for feedback to make your learning experience better. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a guitar teacher.

hua su: Fred has been learning guitar with Jason for over a year, he made so much progress with strumming and finger picking and had quite few wonderful first time experiences: first performance with Jason in Living Art Center, which was awesome and first play and singing recorded and showed to the viewers. Fred told me what he likes Jason most is Jason always promotes the love of the music and gives the support by picking out the unique songs for the student and helping them play and enjoy the songs. Covid-19 makes everything difficult for all of us, I am very glad Fred still has guitar lessons every week and music with us.Thanks Jason for all you have done, we cannot wait when life is back to normal, we can sit in the audience to enjoy you and students play in the theater again.

hristo stoev: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueThanks to Jason's great attitude and professionalism, my daughter has made an incredible progress with the guitar. He definitely lit up the spark in her.

Bruce Chenier: I can only say great things about Jason's teaching ability ! He is able to break things down in a way that makes the complex understandable. I have come a long way under Jason's instruction and look forward to making more progress. His knowledge of theory and musical styles is more than impressive. I appreciate the wide selection of classes he offers and the written / video materials he provides on a weekly basis to back each class up. If that is not enough, I can meet virtually one on one with Jason. In short, if it's important to you, it's important to him. Jason truly cares about your progress !

Farshid G: Jason is a very good guitar instructor. He is knowledgeable, patient, and easy going, which makes his lessons both instructive and enjoyable. His studio and class environment is organize and inviting. I have had several different guitar instructors over the last few years, and I found Jason to be the best one I have had. As a mature student, his techniques have worked well for me, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Kyle McGuigan: My time at Pro Guitar Studio with Jason has been unreal. Jason is extremely talented and a great teacher. I highly recommend Pro Guitar Studio to students at any skill level

Alex Fernandes: I’ve been at Pro Guitar Studio with Jason for just over two years now. I feel I’ve made some great progress , especially in areas I feel are most important to me .I’m continuing to learn new things almost weekly, but don’t ever feel rushed or pressure to keep up to anyone. This is where I feel Jason really excels as a guitar teacher . In a small class/studio environment , he’s always asking for feedback, goals we are trying to achieve both short and long term and then puts a plan in place . Those plans are customized to suit each player , as we all learn at a different rate and have different goals .No matter how hectic life or work can get at times, I’m just as excited today as I was two years ago for my weekly classes .Cheers!Alexander Fernandes

National Academy Of Music: what do users think?

Eileen Fletcher: Great location with a fun, professional environment and good customer service.

Claudia Lamaj: I've taken lessons here before for guitar and piano and it is a great place with good teachers and service. All the teachers and workers were always kind and passionate about music. They would try adapt to different students learning styles well and always made class fun. I highly recommend this school.

sarah lamaj: I did piano here for many years when I was younger. Dan is amazing and the teachers are lovely. If you’re deciding to take music lessons, this place has what you need.

Julianna S: Beauty, elegance, artistry, kindness and love in teaching children of all ages the mastery of piano skills.Thank you, Miss Sara.

Shelisa Akbar: Music lessons here are enjoyable and fun! This is such a great school.

Dc bindery: My daughter takes guitar lessons and she loves it.Very professional teachers

T H: Great school with excellent and knowledgeable teachers. The environment is pleasant and welcoming, communication and lesson policy is very clear as well. Overall an excellent place to learn music!

Devipriya Anand: My son has been learning piano online with Ms Alexandra and his lessons are great. He is enjoying his class thoroughly and the teacher pays good attention to detail and encourages him well. I am also very happy with Mr Dan who is very accommodating and helped me find the right spot and teacher.

Joanne Jagannath: We have been going to this piano school for 3 years and have had a great experience with the teachers and the owner Dan! Both my daughter started at around 6-7 years for age and they have been patient and knowledgeable. They have been accommodating when we needed makeup classes and when we had to switch to virtual and stay on virtual. Alexandra our current teacher had beyond amazing in preparing our daughter for her RCN exam.

R T: My son started guitar lessons with Daniel 3 weeks ago and after each lesson, he has learned a short new song to play. I was shocked to see that after only one lesson, he already knew how to play a simple version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. My son LOVES his lessons with Daniel. From my observations, he is so patient, great with kids and very professional. Thank you Daniel for your talent in both music and teaching. Highly recommend this school and teacher.

Hannah: The National Academy of Music is a wonderful place to learn music. They have a nice selection of music books and instruments, and the owner Dan is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. It is a very positive and welcoming environment. I highly recommend the National Academy of Music!

admin80 Madhura: My kids started going to this music school in 2017. My oldest wanted to take private violin classes when they started violin in his middle school. Seeing that, my youngest also wanted to learn to play an instrument and he chose the guitar. My eldest son loved going to the classes here, unfortunately he couldn't pursue it after 2 years due to other priorities. My youngest son started his guitar lessons with Daniel in 2017 and is continuing it even now with the same vigor and interest even after 4 years and the credit goes to Daniel. He is such a lovely instructor and shares a wonderful rapport with my son. I often see my son giggling and enjoying his classes and his time with Daniel so much so that I changed his half hour lessons to one hour almost for a year now. Daniel is an excellent teacher who not just teaches but also encourages my son to try new things out of his comfort zone and also supports him when he wants to learn to play something new which is not in the book. He is open to suggestions from my son and thereby is nurturing his interest in music. My son eagerly waits for his music class every week.I also have to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for Dan who runs the school. Many a times I have forgotten to keep track of the classes my son/s have missed but he makes sure that the make-up classes are arranged for. He voluntarily reaches out to schedule the make-up classes. He also imparts a lot of knowledge while buying new instruments and equipments. He also sends prompt reminders via emails for the payment of fees and it's such a time saver; one less task to remember for me. Whenever I ask for some schedule changes he works with me to find the best solution and also keeps track of it and reminds me even when I forget after a couple of months. He runs the place so efficiently. All in all I'm really lucky to have found such a wonderful music school for my son. 4 years back I enrolled in this place just because it was very close to our house. Now that we love this school so much I don't think we will choose another one even if we move. Thank you National Academy of Music!

Chandrditya Banerjee: My daughter is with National academy of music for last 5+ years. She is currently learn8ng piano under Emily. Dan and Emily support us very much. I can't thank them enough. Even though I moved away from mississuaga I continue to stay with this school as I am very happy the kind of support and guidance my daughter gets from here. Thanks a bunch Emily and Dan for your support and guidance.

Sourabh Khambalkar: Our daughter has been going here for almost 10 months now, and she loves this place. She is learning the piano and has been progressing quite well. Dan is very accommodating and helpful. Shelisa has been very patient with our daughter and is a great teacher. We highly recommend this place.

Sreeram Krishnan: This is my first stint with western music and the school provides excellent opportunity to learn. From day 1, Dan was very patient and professional and listening to all our requirements and scheduling classes. I learn my violin from Tiffany who is very very skillful. She patiently watches and understands the way I play and suggests ways to correct my mistakes. Would anytime be her student and learn.

Wandering Minstrel Music School: what do users think?

Xander Harker: Amazing tutoring available for voice, guitar, and other instruments. In the beautiful town of streetsville, has been around since I was a child! Teachers are patient and friendly, and give at material to work on whilst at home until next lesson. Even have an end of year ceremony where the students perform for family and friends. Highly recommended.

Shane G: Awesome. Judy runs a really good music school. My boys have attended for about 3 years now and have learnt a lot and had a great experience. We are moving out of town so won't be attending any more but I would strongly recommend Judy and her team of musical teachers if you are looking for a great place to learn. Well done Judy and your team. We will miss you.

Ansu Susan Roy: I have taken various lessons with the school. Judy is a breath of fresh air to work with. She’s always accommodating!I had to flip through many teachers over the years and each and every one of them was very knowledgeable and helpful in teaching me through these years.

BP Dynasty: I had the opportunity of taking guitar lessons near the end of 2022 for a few weeks with Judy and her Wandering Minstrel team. Andrew was my teacher. It was a super great experience - really enjoyed working with Andrew. He was very accommodating, great attention to detail, had a fun selection of songs to work through and was incredibly patient as we worked through the basics of chords and notes. Overall it was a positive experience - I definitely look forward to getting back to lessons in 2023!

c dsouza: This is an amazing music school that teaches people of all ages. The instructors are very detailed and they truly show that they care about their students. I reccomend any musician or aspiring musician to take some lessons to refine their craft or learn some new skills!

Marta Gritsak: Santiago has been an amazing instructor. My son loves coming to his classes. We really appreciate how in-depth the classes are and go beyond just playing the instrument but also knowing how to maintain and care for it. Wandering Minstrel is a great place to learn.

Joseph Martino: An easy 5-star rating. My son, 13, has been attending the last 5 years, learning to play the acoustic guitar with Andrew. Andrew is a caring, patient and thoughtful teacher - one of many at the school. Every lesson is accompanied by notes and tips and something new to work on, which has worked to keep things fresh! Great location as well - Streetsville! Enjoy a coffee or a gelato in the neighbourhood while visiting, or stop for lunch or dinner at one of the many excellent restaurants. Rates are more than fair, and Judy - the owner - is very flexible about re-scheduling missed lessons.

D Casi: Our experience with Wandering Minstrels has been excellent! Judy is friendly, outgoing and professional. Santiago, our son’s guitar teacher is amazing. His passion and knowledge of guitar is infectious and carries over to his students. If you are looking for an amazing school with top notch staff, then look no further! Thank you to everyone for making a difference and going above and beyond!

Brad May: For the past year and I bit I have been taking Zoom voice lessons with the Wandering Minstrel. It has been a fantastic and rewarding experience, greatly increasing my vocal range, not to mention my singing skills. Laura Riggs is a phenomenal instructor, knowledgeable, patient and open to letting her students explore her own genres of music. Check her out online on her various platforms. Judy was very supportive in facilitating the lessons, even though we couldn’t meet in person. I would highly recommend Wandering Minstrel for anyone wanting to hone their musical skills. Young or old, you will be treated with kindness and respect.

M Y R A: were ever a focus in my lessons, but this instructor is different. Mwansa is very personable and makes me feel confident that with her lessons I will be able to fine-tune my voice in order to reach my goals as a successful performer. I recommend this studio to anyone who is serious about improving their craft.

Eric Lee: At the beginning of 2020, I made a resolution to improve my singing. I enrolled at the music school and started taking voice lessons with Maciej, shortly before we went into lock down due to the pandemic. Taking up music lessons has been the most enjoyable and rewarding experience for me over the past 12 months. It's provided me with daily/weekly goals to work towards and a creative outlet where I can express myself and connect with people, even if it had to be virtual for the time being. I'm so grateful for the amazing experiences I've had through the music school and with Maciej and I would encourage anyone thinking about music lessons to sign up!

Krystal: The Wandering Minstrel Music School is a great place to begin learning an instrument! I had violin lessons a few years ago with Alla for 3-4 years and I did electric guitar lessons for a couple months with Santiago. All the teachers are very passionate about what they teach. I was always very impressed with the summer concerts performances every year.If you’re willing to practice violin daily, you have to get Alla! She will break down the basics for you. She’s a very professional and wants you to be the BEST and nothing less.Santiago is a really cool guy! he really knows his guitars and genuinely wants you to understand and enjoy what he is teaching.

Piano Lessons Mississauga - Best Music School in Mississauga | MPS: what do users think?

Maegan Mbaoma: After we moved to Mississauga, I wanted my children to resume playing the piano. After searching dozens of piano lesson studios, I came across MPS. Mrs. Fong set up a free trial for both my girls. This is pretty standard, as I took my girls to multiple studies to have them evaluated. The only difference was that Mrs. Fong took her time to truly evaluate the level my girls should be at. She then set my girls up with an appropriate instructor. I watched as the weeks went by, and I noticed that both girls were advancing much more quickly with their piano skills than they ever had in past. The better they were, the higher their confidence rose, and the more they wanted to practice. Without any hesitation, I would refer Mississauga Piano Studios to anyone wishing to learn piano.

Maggy Fayez: This is the best music schools you will ever come across. All teachers and owners are so knowledgeable and experienced and have such a high level of integrity, they are so caring for their students and so well respected in the community. The level of teaching and commitment is so incredible and well tailored to each individual's needs that it becomes more fun to learn.

JOSÉPHINE P. MANCINI: The teachers are meticulous and hard-working. I highly recommend Mississauga Piano Studios.

Jagjiwan Mistry: Danny Muliana is an excellent Guitar Teacher in Mississauga Piano Studios.

Robin Stevens: I've been taking my son to Kindermusik since he was 4 months old! He turns 1 this month. He is a busy little guy so he loves the variety of music and the action songs, which keep him totally engaged! And he loves Miss Mandi! As a first time Mom, it was a comfortable environment for me to connect with other mom's and share experiences and tips. My husband even tagged along to a few classes and was impressed with babies learning to communicate with Sign Language. Can't wait until we start our next session!

Lurie Carrera Otero: My son started when he was 3 years old. He always enjoyed at Miss Mandi music class full of music, colors an creativity. He is 5 years old an he is taking piano lessons. Miss Mandi is very professional and she puts all her passion and knowledge into her students. It is been a year and he knows how to play different rhythms and recognices some notes. Thank you!😊

Arwen Kamateros - Williams Parkway Sr PS (1424): My daughter really enjoys Mandi's approach to both voice and piano. Mandi has been sensitive to my daughter's needs so that she does not become frustrated with too much work. My daughter has really improved in her piano playing and enjoys practicing more than when she began. I appreciate the individualized approach and the focus on repetition as well as the child's interests.

Mississauga School of Music: what do users think?

Andrew Ingram: My son has been a student at MSOM where he has experienced lessons from an amazing teacher! MSOM's management and team has been supportive and encouraging throughout his musical journey. His musical skill and confidence have soared at MSOM! We love you guys!

Elaine Sung: My daughter started taking the beginner's art classes online. They are small size classes so it feels very personal. The teacher starts off with a 10 minute art history lesson and then they move on to sketching. They work on a different sketch each week so for Chinese New Year, my daughter learned to sketch a cute tiger. The teacher gives tips on how to sketch, how to colour properly, etc and is very patient. When the class ended, my daughter, who has trouble focusing, wanted to continue to work on her sketch so that is a good sign.I really like that the art teacher checks in frequently with the kids to see how they are doing and guides them/gives pointers without hindering their creativity. She also assured me that she quickly goes over the basics of sketching every class so it is okay if the child doesn't "get it" right away.

Iouri Tchaoussovski: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueReally professional teachers. Will teach you to good university performancelevel.

T P: Best music school. Very caring and knowledgeable instructors.

Lisa S: Thank you Mississauga School of Music! MSoM's ability to transform their high quality teaching from in-person to online has kept my son occupied and motivated throughout the pandemic, especially when so many other activities have been cancelled. Mr. Andrew's ability to connect with my son, and build on what interests him to encourage him to play better is a skill only a certified teacher would have. So thankful that we were able to continue his progress! The admin staff has been wonderful as well, coordinating the move to virtual, communicating with us so that we did not need to wonder what was happening. The truly personal touch that MSoM provides can not be beat!

Ruby R: Excellent music school, I have tried piano lessons in the past but I found that the quality of teaching here was truly exceptional in comparison. Everyone on the team is professional and pleasant to work with, and also very talented themselves it turns out! I was really happy to find this school as there are quite a few in the area to choose from, and I also like that it is a family-run business that seems to care about its students a lot. They've got a really good thing going. I will try out their art classes next!

W Phillips: was fantastic with the kids, provided both direction and freedom to create fun art pieces.I highly recommend MSoM for both kids and adults!
