Chelsea Williams: . She was covering a shift and does not typically work in the storefront, but helped me out so much. She helped me with a large return and was extremely understanding. She also went above and beyond to help me get candles that were not technically in stock, but they prepared them in the factory while I was there so I didn't have to leave empty handed. Absolutely amazing!
