Vikram Desai: Although this was my first time travel to Toronto, the staff of Bombay Suites made my stay very comfortable and cozy. The appartment was very neat, clean, tidy and spacious for the family of four. An excellent short-term rental option, especially for people coming from Indian subcontinent. Location of Bombay suites is very convenient and ideally located at a walking distance from bus-terminal, town&country, wallmart and square One Mall. Staff Ms Monika and Mr Vijay were very helpful and thanks a lot for making our two weeks of stay memorable.

The combination of a beautifully designed space, breathtaking views, excellent amenities, and a prime location made it an unforgettable experience. The customer service at City Gates is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo rental to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the city.
Maha Abu Ghoush: Very easy and smooth booking and checkin process. The allocated unit was very clean upon arrival. The welcome basket was a very kind and nice gesture as well. Maryam is a wonderful agent as well, very welcoming, warm and friendly.
Judith Langill: We were very happy with the extended-stay property we chose with City Gate Suites during a recent renovation of our home. All properties are centrally located; rates are quite reasonable, and the management company personnel are welcoming and professional.

Olha Zbirnyk: We were newcomers in Canada. Everybody knows how it is difficult to find a place to live in Canada when you don't have a credit story. City Gate Suites was our decision. We thought to live in their marvellous 2-bedroom suite just 1 month, but we enjoyed it so much that our staying extended to 9 months. The suite has everything you need: WiFi , furniture, towels, utensils. There are pool and gym in the building. Everything is perfect when you cooperate with City Gate Suites.
Debi 's Mail: I stayed for 2 years while I searched for a new place to live. My unit was on the 20th floor facing south where I had a nice view of the lake, especially nice from the balcony. It was bright with lots of floor-to-ceiling windows and equipped with all I needed for my stay. The amenities were exceptional; the building was well-managed; and was in a convenient location, within walking distance of parks, eateries, grocery stores, medical clinics, a pharmacy, and more, including Square One.Maryam and Jessica in the office were amazing!! They were always receptive and quick to respond. They replaced the spare bed with a work desk and chair for me so I could continue to work remotely and providing the use of a locker really made my life easier.I wouldn't hesitate to rental with them again!!

Yali Edevbie: The condo where I stayed was well managed and close to grocery shopping and the bus stop. The amenities were also good as there was a playground for kids, indoor pool, gym and library. The rooms were also adequately equipped with utensils and small appliances to settle in quickly. The team- Maryam and Jessica were very hospitable, responded to enquiries in time and were very helpful and friendly. My suggestion is that the cleaning could be better before check in. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend and book again!
Srinivasan Venkataraman: Stayed at 4070 Confederation Pkwy for 2 months. The apartment had all the necessary amenities and a breathtaking view from level 33. Good gym within the building. All shopping & dining outlets nearby, since we are close to Square One mall. Maryam & Jessica were very helpful , and made our stay comfortable. Definitely 5 STARS.

WaSalicious Food & Travel: City Gate Suites provides best short term rental. The location and the apartment is on point. It was 1 bedroom apartment and was pretty good and spacious especially for family of 2 and 3. It was fully furnished and everything was provided. The location was the best part as everything was close by and accessible. Also, the city gate team is very professional and provides the best services. Over all it was a good experience renting city gate suites.

Seasmoke Games: I was a bit skeptical of the non-hotel environment but let me tell you. Everything went great I will definitely come back to this location if I get the opportunity to. The owner was very nice I do appreciate the professionalism and quickness. Regular checking time was 3 pm but they were able to get it ready by the time I got there by 11 am.Trust me you will not regret your stay it is definitely a great view

Hassan Ali: First time trying out a short-term rental place and my God was it one of the best experiences ever. First of all I got in touch directly with the owner Mr. Khan and he explained all the ins and outs. The place was in excellent condition with a great view of the city. Food recommendation were on point and all amenities were beyond amazing. Definitely coming back here whenever I’m in Mississauga next time and recommending to friends as well.

Adam Godin: Was a bit reluctant trying a non hotel type of accommodations but glad I checked this place out for my recent 5 night stay in Mississauga. I booked online and got in touch with the owner on his cell phone, he had met me at the building at our coordinated time after my arrival at pearson airport - I followed his vehicle with mine up through the underground parking and for a great walkthrough in the room to make sure I knew how to work the thermostat controls, showing location of Iron Board, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher etc. Plenty of towels and facecloths for my 5 night stay. I was given a room key and a Fob that allows for your access throughout the secured building including the ability to access the underground parking. The building has a full fitness center and pool. My single bedroom reservation was not available and I was upgraded to the two bedroom on the 27th floor over looking the city at no extra charge. The service was great and so was the price point. If you don't mind making your own bed and want a great home like accomodation during your stay I highly recommend this place. Location is great right across from square one mall. Will definitely be booking here again!

Muhammad Usman: MSR is a great option for any student looking for a nice and comfortable yet affordable residence. In my entire time there I always felt at home due to the lovely living environment and also the polite and friendly staff.
Rachel Dey: I was lucky to get into the Dover residence when I applied. It's in the perfect location, with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several places to eat just a short walk away. Maureen and the team are friendly and accommodating. And overall, it's a very nice place to study and live.

Dane Eastman: Amazing place to stay. I was offered a spot in the home even though I was just on a co-op work term for school so I appreciated that flexibility. I had the Belmont Master Suite and I loved having my own personal shower, and king sized bed. It was definitely a good environment to come home to after busy days at my job. It was nice too that they provided toilet paper and paper towels, garbage bags etc. All in all I enjoyed my experience there.

Nathan Leonhardt: I moved from the United States to Mississauga to get my PhD without knowing anyone or anything about the area. I was worried about finding affordable housing where I could be productive as a student. I feel like I hit the jackpot with Mississauga Student Residences. My two years and counting have been ideal. I have a nice room to myself. The common areas are spacious. The staff are friendly, fair, and responsive. Cleaning services are wonderful. The neighborhood has a nice suburb vibe while being conveniently close to major highways and campus. If you're looking for a comfortable home where you can be productive as a student, this is a hard option to beat.
Jude solomon: My experience with MSR is excellent. I loved staying here. I reside @ the Turnstone residence. The facilities here is excellent. Well maintained. Had good housemates too. The supplies never went out of stock. Everything refilled regularly. The management was friendly. Felt like being at home. Its a good and safe location. Accessible to groceries and bus stops. On the whole, it's a good place to live.

Bryan G: to moving in and getting settled. As an international student, I really appreciated that Maureen and the staff went out of their way to make the place feel as much like home as possible and to treat students like adults in how the house was managed. They often brought over snacks as well! The location is in a nice quiet part of Erin Mills with a park right out the door and several markets and other amenities just a 5-minute walk away. The 36 to South Common is just on the other end of the park, and the 1 down Dundas is a 3-4 minute walk south. Definitely a great location for anyone at UTM!
Lucas Cheong: Lived at Burgess for 2 years, and it was an overall fantastic experience. Had enough storage room for kitchenware & food. Overall quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for studying. Maureen was always available to help us out when there were problems regarding the house. For those who go UTM & do not have a car, take the 36 South from Garthwood Road to South Common Center & from there take the 110 South to arrive at the university.
Jimi Ayeni: I want to write a testimonial about Maureen as the owner of Mississauga Student Residence but that doesn't do her justice, so I am going to tell my story instead. I was an international student at the University of Toronto who was new to Canada. I had moved into one of Maureen's residences just two weeks after I immigrated to Canada. I was young, naive, nervous and home sick because I had moved from my home country at a really young age. Maureen realized this and took me under her wing in every sense of the phrase. She gave me a place to stay in her home, brought me into her family and provided me with guidance and support when I needed it. I lived with Maureen for just about 5 years and in that time had grown from that naive boy to a graduate and a new home owner. Maureen had a big role to play in that. I lived there for 2 years and I have made lots of memories and friends at this residence. I felt like home away from home.
