Alex Sluman: This store is the best. I've been going here for 5+ years and it's where we get all our kids shoes and many of our own shoes as well. All the employees are very knowledgeable and offer great customer service. The prices can't be beat either!

Didn't want the very sad look of my granddaughter, so I tried the MaLu number and lo and behold, Nancy got my call and said someone would get in touch with me via mail. Right away, Linda from Customer Service emailed and said I could do the exchange in their office. OMG that's the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the whole world! Jimmy Keegan: Great spot to pickup good deals on shoes. It's an outlet store so you have to check often for the deals. I've gotten boots for $30 that normally run around $130. I've gotten Converse for $30 too. O just picked up a nice pair of Sketchers runners that were normally $100, for $50. Just to give you an idea of the kinds of discounts you can find.
