They have competitive pricing, great customer service and prompt delivery, even with with complex carry-in deliveries when a boom can't be used. Most suppliers don't care about the smaller guys and give all priority to the big companies, not with General. Talk to Tam and he will take care of you, he's a really kind and humble person and the delivery team has a great attitude! 5 stars all the way!!!

Even when there was a bit of a mix-up around shipping, both the sales and delivery teams worked together to resolve the issue within a very reasonable time frame. When we received some damaged boards, they replaced them without question.Once we paid the invoice, it took approximately a week for all the material to arrive. Ideal Optical: Johnny is absolutely awesome!! He managed to bring a very badly scratched high end designer belt for me back to life. I literally thought I'd have to relegate it to weekend/casual duty and I was quite disappointed given the fact that they retail for $1000+. For a very fair price and within a reasonable time he was able to refinish it removing all the scratches in the process and refinished it with a glossy nickel coating. I can imagine that its much more scratch resistant than it originally was.On top of all that given my work schedule Johnny had it delivered right to my door for no additional cost. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family if they ever require a similar service and will be using him again for any future project.Thanks again Johnny, wish you a great 2021!!
