I didn’t think anything could be done butthe very kind and wonderful owner took some time and figured out a solution. When I picked up the pants I couldn’t believe the fabulous job she did. My daughter cried when she got her pants back! Highly recommend for any alterations.

They always have unique fabrics you can't find anywhere else. The staff and owner of the store are great as well. Always friendly, professional and helpful. After going through all the poor reviews, I would like to let everyone know that after the company adopted the new system, the entire team is making efforts to get the orders done as quickly as possible. They had to adopt this system because the older one was out dated. They updated the system to help their customers, workers and they are trying to be user friendly with the system. But unfortunately, there are some bugs in the system which slows it down. But, from the day when new warehouse manager took the charge, things are getting under control and customers are receiving their orders on time. I do believe in them, and their steadiness will definately be proved good.The CEO - JIM ENNIS has invested a lot for the system so that he can serve his customers better. Good luck team.
