MG Gamil: all the way to missesauga, no one would give me a same day appointment, no matter how much I explained that my dog was bleeding out and nearly dying. I called Truscott hospital and the soonest appointment they had opened was two days later, when I explained my dog situation, they told me to bring her on spot and made space for her due to her condition. Once we got there EVERYONE was amazing starting from the reception people all the way to the junior and senior doctors. Though they had to insert her in the middle of thief very busy schedule, They still took very good care of her, and made the time to talk to me and explain everything. Unlike other places money was the last thing they spoke about and they were very flexible and explain to me how we can save my dog which they did at the end.. it’s not a surprise that they are rated 4.9 out of 5, this is the most humane hospital and they truly love and care about animals. Very very very highly recommend. In three days, my puppy started again, chasing squirrels and pigeons in the Park, and is now back to her normal self as before..I’m glad I had the money to cover the needed fees, but I imagine that, even if I didn’t, they would have still taken care of her and allowed me to pay over a couple of weeks, I’m just assuming that, because how amazing they were and how human they were, but I don’t know if that’s a thing.

So we drove from Oshawa to see Med and honestly it was so worth the drive! I felt so comfortable there with my dog and I felt that he was very informative and took the time to answer my questions and fully explain things to me. His prices are fair and I loved that he was very understanding of my circumstances where as I felt like other vets in my area would judge me and would rush me in and out, would try to get me to pay for more than I needed and would be over priced and make me feel guilty if I didnt. But not Med he was was very cheerful and kind and put my mind at ease and only did what was necessary for my dog at the time and didn’t make me feel pressured in any way. I would highly recommend Truscott Animal Hospital!

Steisha MacArthur: I brought my fur baby Miska to this AMAZING hospital after being cared for by my normal vet. My girl wasn’t eating properly and last week I noticed she was jaundiced. After testing at my local vet it was determined that it would be in her best interest to head to MOVEH. So upon arrival last Thursday we were treated with the utmost respect. My girl was taken to the back for examination. After speaking with the doctor it was determined that we needed to do further testing and that she was going to be hospitalized and put on IV fluids for at least 72 hours. Well Friday morning we got a call that they needed to perform emergency surgery on my girl due to her gallbladder and bile duct which of course we went ahead with. From this moment on my girl was fighting to stay with us. The vet techs, receptionists and doctors treated my girl with the most respect and affection I have ever seen at any vet. They made her as comfortable as possible during her stay, giving her tons of love and even a pillow to rest her head on. However yesterday her body was tired and unfortunately could no longer continue to fight. The team at this hospital gave us a hug and their condolences before we said our final goodbyes and the vet tech that came into the room to get our final wishes even cried with us- told us how much Miska had touched them in her short stay. I honestly have never seen dogs treated so amazing and they truly treat your pets like the family members that they are.I would like to thank all the staff at MOVEH for your utmost amazing care of my girl and I will strongly recommend this hospital to everyone.Goodnight my sweet girl MISKA!

gioia thomas: MOVEH has been an amazing and wonderful emergency clinic in this hard time during the staffing shortage in the veterinary industry. As a RVT in Toronto and owner of 4 animals it is a very scary time having pets as emergency clinics have now been turning away patients. MOVEH was the only emergency clinic to take a patient of ours and then even my own dog when he has a critical time-sensitive emergency. I will forever be thankful for them to doing all they can in this tough time. They took my dog in right away and even with a 4 hour wait time they did everything they can and I am so thankful to the for that.

Sato Ryo: Our dog had foot surgery at this hospital in 2019. We were concerned after hearing that TPLO was a very difficult surgery but the surgery went well and she is able to walk again.Before and after the surgery, Dr. Hewitt explained everything in detail and made us feel at ease. The staff also cared about the dog and her owners, which was very much appreciated.
Cindy ZA: My dog was hit by a car in an afternoon. They were the closest to our house I called they were waiting for us. They took her dog in right away unbelievable attention to our dog and to myself they told me step-by-step exactly what they were going to do for me and my dog, they gave me a price told me that it might not be as much and then they would credit us right away and told me that they would not take x-rays if they were not need it and they kept in contact with me all day until I picked her up Two weeks later I went back with her. Unfortunately, there were many emergencies and we had to wait which I understood when it was our turn we had a different Doctor Who is extremely nice explain to us about everything and put us on some pain pills and anti-inflammatories because we have noticed she was walking with a limp. Her stitches came out. Everything looked great. I would highly recommend them. I wish some of those vets had their own clinics because I would be the first one at their door.

My experience at Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital of West Toronto at this this very sad time, was made peaceful to the end. It was handled so wonderfully with the very kind and supportive words from Belen, who worked at the front desk, and the vet and staff who assisted with euthanizing my sweet girl. Candace T: and their recovery rates, why they are preferred in certain dogs, etc. She is an incredibly skilled surgeon who has been lauded by all the veterinarians I have dealt with across Oakville and Mississauga.Bandit is 14 years old and prior to me adopting him he had lived through 6 different families. Even with years of desensitization training and bonding, he still fear bites at times, especially when he is in pain. During his assessment and overnight stay at the hospital, the team had nothing but pleasant things to say about my boy and even called him sweet! It really speaks to the compassion and handling abilities of the team. I'm sure other owners of reactive dogs can relate to the guilt we feel when our dogs behave less than ideally, especially in circumstances where their health is in jeopardy. The team made me feel secure that Bandit was understood and in good hands.The team was also very available and willing to help me with all concerns post operatively. Bandit was snippy for bandage removal at home and they accommodated us same day. I was provided a prompt report on the mass that was removed. Honestly, the experience has been phenomenal all around.Place your trust in this team. To other nervous owners contending with a cruciate rupture in their dog: if your dog is medically fit, please opt for this surgery that will improve their quality of life. Bandit may be 14, but he absolutely rocked this scary procedure. We're 4ish weeks out now and he is finally regaining a lot of his mobility. He has used the stairs a few times, is able to kick up the grass after he pees, and is starting to run around the house for the first time in months. It's the best money I have ever spent. Seeing him get more out of his golden years brings me indescribable joy. Thank you.

The vet we saw was helpful and considerate when telling us next steps. The front desk team were quick to keep us updated. We especially appreciated Tyson’s attention and care to our girl while she was hospitalized.I hope people understand that this is an emergency care hospital, which means that your pet will be seen based who else is on triage! You are going to have to wait here, but if it’s urgent, you will be seen sooner.

The vet techs are knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Rennick is compassionate and caring and always takes the time to explain any medical concerns or medication requirements without rushing through information. Joining Care Club has turned out to be a good decision for us - I would highly recommend this option. Our dog Ozzy has been coming here since he was a puppy and, as strange as it seems, he loves his visits. He literally gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot. I think that really says a lot about how the staff at VCA Credit Valley Animal Hospital treat the pets in their care. Ozzy can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but as my 12 year old daughter says, the staff “get him”. I’m so glad this clinic was recommended to me by one of my neighbours. I have also recommended it to friends and family as I know their four-legged friends will be taken just as good care of as our Ozzy Bear.

Not only is he amazing at his work but he also provides his clients with all the answers that they're looking for.My cat Simba stopped eating, had diarrhea and was extremely down for 2 days. Dr.Aziz did Simbas checkup immediately as well as his blood test then gave us the necessary medications, diet plan and took full responsibility for any outcome good or bad. Simba was better in just a few hours, playing, eating, and discharging fine.I trust Dr.Aziz so we went to him to get both my cats neutered as well and to no surprise both my cats recovered amazing.I've spent so much money on other veterinarians who have done nothing good, given the wrong medications, wrong diagnosis, lied about procedures that were never done and can't take the blame and instead blame you. I lost 1 of my cat last year and had gone to 6 different irresponsible veterinarians who were all absolutely lost and clearly had fake ratings lol.After multiple appointments and observing I can wholeheartedly say I'm so thankful that I've found a doctor who knows what he's doing and loves our pets as much as we do. Both my cats are safe with him and I hope this is enough assurance for anyone who is hesitant about trying this clinic. You will not regret taking your beautiful pets to Dr.Aziz. ❤

Randolf Arias: We want to thank Dr. Aziz as he was about to close las night and waited for us even though we were new to the clinic. Dr. Aziz saved our dog as he was vomiting and bleeding when trying to poop. The bleeding was very liquid he had already vomited more than 17 times. Dr.Aziz took the time, did the evaluation, blood test and x-rays. He was super helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty!! He provided tips to keep our lovely Ace healthy. We ended up leaving the hospital last night around 12:30 am or 1am.Thank you Dr. Aziz!

A K: Dr. Boktor is hands down the most kind, professional, caring vet I’ve been to. He gives genuine advice and takes the time to address all questions or concerns you may have without ever being annoyed at you. You can tell he genuinely cares for the animal and doesn’t just work for the money.Unfortunately, I had to change both of my cats vet as I moved to Guelph, but it seems that I’ll be having to make the drive down from Guelph to Mississauga for the next annual shots because it’s hard finding a vet who is a genuine animal lover and puts the animals needs first.

We own 2 Frenchbulldogs that need constant attention and have been let down by other clinics who have made their conditions worse. But since we moved to Brittanny Glen Animal Hospital, our dogs have been happy and healthy.Recently, our Bella was pregnant and required a cesarean section. The team at Brittany Glen Animal Hospital rose to the occasion and performed a successful surgery all the while keeping us informed and reassured that she was in safe hands.We love this place, and so do our dogs. They actually get super excited when it is time to go to the veterinarian. When we walk in, we are treated like family. We feel the love and can tell they truly care about our dogs.

Dr. Chung and all of her staff members were very understanding of our pet's situation and provided ongoing care for our pet in the most professional and friendly manner.
