I really enjoyed his examples with his friend Bob. I did the standard first aid course/CPR with Michelle. She is amazing at what she does. The way that she incorporated her own experiences and allowed us to share our own helped to really get a good understanding of the material. Support is really great as I had booked the wrong course that I required. They did not make me go through the parts that I had already learnt. 100% will be recommending and coming back for my recertification.

I wasn't overwhelmed with information feeling like I won't remember anything. I walked away feeling confident that I can administer First Aid if needed. Mike was a fantastic instructor. Made every step easy to understand and made sure you felt confident in all on hands on instruction as well as leaving feeling confident. If you get Mike as an instructor you are in very good hands.
