Allan Gardens: what do users think?

Revati Tilokani: It’s beautiful but a bit sketchy. It’s got two dog parks - one for small dogs and one for large dogs which is nice

Danielle Dixon: They are under renovation half of the exhibition is closed

Yassaman Assa: Unfortunately, the main building was under construction, but the open ones were magnificent. It would be an amazing place to go during winter time to fight the long winter depression by looking at the colorful collection of beautiful flowers.

Benjamin Hartmans: This place is a little oasis! The tropical plants are gorgeous and the cactus section is amazing! There's also turtles in the long too! 🐢👀 definitely bring the whole because it's also entirely free! Who could ask for more?Dog-friendliness: There's a dog park on the groundsPicnic area: There's plenty of places to sit!

Sharon Sara Rocha: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No

Bradley Schmale: I always enjoy Allan Gardens! Currently the conservatory dome is under renovation, so is clad in scaffold and netting but there is still access from other entrances. The greenhouse gardens change seasonally; with the Christmas plantings, particularly colourful and festive.NOTE!!! There is a large homeless encampment at the front of the conservatory building due to the unfortunate housing crisis in Toronto. The residents keep to themselves and are not unfriendly. The entrances to buildings and services, including the greenhouse, dog park, and large children’s playground are all unencumbered and safe to use. Don’t be put off by the unfortunate circumstances of some of our marginalized communities. I never feel unsafe at Allan Gardens.

Tomma Hoges: I really liked the turtles here.

Vanilla Sound: Great spot

Z K: One of the better parks in Toronto for things to do. Everything from cricket to golf to frisbee golf to many picnic areas and mini car racing.Playground: A fewPicnic area: Many.

Melissa Enns: Absolutely beautiful place

Lyggeia Chandler: I attended centennial Park for jerkfest, however on the other end it's a very busy park lots of family picnic

Ying Fu: The conservatory is always beautiful and welcoming. The nearby parking lot has l some picnic areas, playgrounds, a washroom, and a staffed wading pool close by. We love to pay a visit from time to time. The playground is big and a few slides and swings. The wading pool does not allow dogs. The restroom was okay maintained. The drying papers were not replenished, unfortunately.

Roshan Patel: Fun little detour at Centennial Park. Admission is free. Cool selection of different flowers, trees, cacti, and succulents. There are bathrooms within and there is a parking lot outside.

Simone Gordon-Gardner: Attended the TD Jerk Festival 2023, had a fantastic time! Loved the live performances!

Cecilia Charm: Awesome area. Peaceful. Beautiful. So much to see. Highly recommend it

Adham: Beautiful experience, so many plants and so well arranged, it is a good idea to go in there with a lot of time so you can really soak it in. it's not a huge area, just two or three small connected greenhouse, but a great educational experience for children and adults.
