A customer service rep actually phoned me the day that I placed the order to let me know that I had made a mistake with my shipping address.Component Electronics saved me the cost of replacing a $400.00 circuit board for want of a $4.00 relay!I recommend Component Electronics to anyone looking for electric and electronic components and tools.

JP: Great service from this place .From the owner to his staff . Thought i could fix my tv on my own so i went there to get the parts but unfortunately my screen cracked after replacing the parts . I called around and even called the tv manufacture but no one could help . I called A2Z back and asked if i could drop off my TV there for recycling and they said ok .As i arrived there i was greeted in such a friendly way by the owner and his staff and he asked me why i don't i let him try and fix it since i had already purchased the other parts instead of throwing it away .First i thought the screen alone was probably the price of a new tv so i thought why bother repairing it , but he assured me that he wouldget my tv back to normal within an hour at very reasonable price which i couldn't believe so i told him to go ahead as long as he was sure that was all it all that was needed. I returned back within 45 minutes and i couldn't believe my eyes that he waited for me to show me what he did extra with no extra cost and actual let me watch them finish the repair . From the young lady who took my call for the parts i ordered and for recycling the tv ,to the repair tech i have never been treated so nice from someone i had just met for the first time and the owner of coarse i can see that this place really cares about their customers . I would recommend A2Z to anyone who needs a tv repair or parts without any hesitation . Thank you again !
Mohit Arora: Great experience! My 15 months old HiSense smart TV was stuck cuz of main board issues and they were of great help. Came home, diagnosed the issue and replaced the board within few mins and at a fair price. They also recommended what NOT to do to prevent the problem in future and offered 90 day warranty on the board.Happy with the service!

Michael Weidenfelder: My 2 year old Samsung QLED tv shut off while watching a show. The tv would just continually turn itself off and back on again, It was in a loop. Samsung Tech Support referred me to an electronics place in my area, and they said it was likely the screen and it would have to be replaced. That would cost $700 plus tax, which would almost be what I had paid for the tv brand new.I found A2Z online and brought them the tv to diagnose. Within seconds of plugging it in to see what was wrong, the gentleman said it's the screen and that they can repair it. The repair took less than a day to complete, and was only a fraction of the cost that the replacement would have been.Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

Nanette Hoogsteen: They are well stocked but some items are hard to find because they are oddly categorized. Staff are helpful but often busy.
CAC2244: Staff is not much of any service and the inventory is made up mainly of older / overstock, BUT you will find anything you need / equivalent to finish the job 99% of the time.
