Mahrukh Campbell: Despite our initial disappointment re an online order which could not be fulfilled completely as the inventory details online were incorrect, Anna D'Souza was helpful in assisting us to complete the order, even though we were required to drive to the Brampton location to do so.Suggestion - Lowe's should have a policy of transferring items internally when they accept on online order as part of their fulfillment commitment, if they have accepted the order and are short.

Christopher Webb: Wow sure is a different store than other ones. Really felt more like a Canadian Tire. Staff were great. Only slight criticism was that signage was hard to see but that is, much like Canadian Tire, because they have so many aisles. And that was how I found out the staff were so great.

Martin Zasso: Ordered online, came in a week. I did call to confirm it was going to be sent on day 6 it was sent that afternoon and i received it the next day. I saved 90 bucks by ordering through them when i called they were friendly and efficient. I will defiantly look here for any tool orders in the future.
Tony DiLorenzo: Took advantage of a recent sale to grab a Milwaukee lawnmower. Bought online on Saturday, and opted for pickup at the store. I live a couple hours drive from the store but was in the area so I stopped in to see if I could pick up before getting email notification it was ready. Although they were slammed with orders and mine wasn't processed yet, after I explained my circumstance they agreed to search to find my order and process it so I could go home with the mower. Excellent customer service, great selection, and good pricing. Will definitely return. Cheers guys!

Manny Grewal: I needed to build a little step for my bsmt entrance, I found it difficult so went to home depot to get some wood and advise, there was this God sent gentleman in Lumber name Christian who went above and beyond to help me.He cut the wood, temporary built the step on the floor, and marked everything so I just had to come home and just screw it all together.Can't Thank you enough.
