Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament: what do users think?

Jennifer Gibbons: What a great celebration spot!! Good, clean fun. The upgrade package was worth the cost. The food was fine, very on theme but not the highlight of the evening. Servers were in character and the show was dazzling.Kid-friendliness: Perfect for children!Dietary restrictions: Servers are very conscious of dietary restrictions.

Mark Salvador: and green

Melanie Heath: It was my second time, and first for my soon-to-be husband. The cast were so friendly, willing to take pictures and have a quick chat. The food was fantastic and the "wenches" were wonderful. The way they manage to balance trays left me speechless. My soon-to-be husband kept mentioning how he felt like a kid at Christmas with the trinkets and souvenirs. We went for the VIP experience with knighting ceremony. Memories we'll look back on fondly. We will absolutely be back!

lory J: This was my 2nd time after 22 yrs. I took my family and they had a blast! I got a celebration admission for us and we had the best seat table #2 right beside the table beside the queen! We were the first people in the line. We are in the front row. The arena is very comfortable I let my boys wear shorts cuz it’s summer and they feel so comfortable in there. You will eat with your hands so make sure you bring your own cutlery especially for young kids who doesn’t like to eat with their hands and some extra wipes/tissue. With the drinks it’s Pepsi product they only offer Pepsi, 7up and water to drink. So no juice for kids but you can order it from your server or you can bring for your kids. The food is good! We park at the back of the Medieval building and we paid $40. If you’re early you can park at the front across and it’s cheaper for what we paid.

Gerry Mercer: Gotta love this place. Yes, they try to sell you stuff at every turn, and the meal is a bit ridiculous, but it's great fun!VIP is pricey but worth it for dinner and a show.Note: Do NOT visit while the CNE is on, as you will get caught in horrific traffic mere meters from the place and then will be forced to pay $40 for parking. Not Medieval Times's fault, but it was a bummer.Kid-friendliness: You eat with your hands, for Pete's sake.

Miranda Leigh: Kid-friendliness: I've gone to medieval times twice in my life and the first time was part of a field trip in grade 3 or 4. I had a spectacular time and even caught a rose from the yellow knight 🌹

Krissy Wolfenberg: My family and I had a great time. The commentary, food, horses and knights were all amazing. Highly recommend going.Parking: Sadly we paid almost triple for parking because the CNE is on. Would have been nice to charge the Medieval times patrons seperate with proof of tickets.

Kh A: Lovely and exciting as always

Paul Kelly: A really good fun and entertaining evening with decent food and a great atmosphere. If what you’re expecting is a full historically accurate event then you’ll be disappointed but if you fancy a bit of historical fantasy with swords, horses and princesses then you’re in for a great time! We really enjoyed our trip to the Toronto Medieval Times and would not hesitate to return if we were nearby again!

Mysteriously Yours Mystery Dinner Theatre: what do users think?

Christina Newman: . My grandmothers house is old and antique and was the absolute perfect setting for this murder mystery dinner. We had a blast! Already planning to book them for my 40th birthday! LolSpecial shout to Duchess Von Horton! She was hilarious!!

Kayla: The very interesting crime-solving theme dinner [Mysteriously Yours] held at the Chelsea hotel on Saturday, I recommend it to everyone! Great for dates, anniversaries, and corporate team events! After the meal is a two-hour crime-solving session. The plot is light-hearted and not too brain-burning. The actors’ acting skills are exaggerated but very funny, and it incorporates many local Toronto memes. In terms of price, the package is $125/person, including $70 buffet and $55 show, it is recommended to buy separately. This was my first time attending a murder mystery dinner at Toronto and it was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone who likes to enjoy an entertaining evening out.

Mark Dewar: Fun evening as well as really good food

mike glen: Wonderful cast

MC Lytesout: Great fun good food nice show

Michael Cottam: Fun evening with great, engaging actors. Buffet food was so-so and drinks are expensive.

Leslie Edwards-Hendriks: Saw Mysteriously Yours at the Old Mill. The buffet was fabulous and the show was very entertaining!

Eddy Carli: On Wednesday September 18 went at old mill was great i really enjoyed it and our group too the food at old mill at lunch was very good and lots of food .The actors played perfectly . In the future would like to see the actors in differnt diversity there was no female or male black, aboriginal etc.The show on monday was great but in the room majority were all white and the actors i counted only four black people in the audience .

Devin R: Good food. A fun night.

Kane Yee: Good food

Nick: Went to the Wednesday matinee at The Old Mill. It was amazing. Food was better than expected and the cast members were awesome! The venue was perfect for a murder mystery luncheon.

Natalie Jones: The acting was spectacular, the food was great and we were entertained the whole time. My only feed back would be to dim the lights a bit during "break time"/between acts to have a more comfortable ambiance. Overall well worth it!

The Medley: what do users think?

Lauren J.: Super easy to book a reservation online via open table app. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Their customer service was outstanding. Food was served timely and hot! The portion sizes were generous. Everything tasted amazing and the drinks were great too ! Awesome variety. The calamari were our favourite and the carrot cake was so rich in flavour, moist and the icing was perfection. Looking forward to our next visit when hopefully we can enjoy the indoor theatre.

shallbeyou: Had a great time watching Avenue Q here . You can tell all the actors put thier all in thier performances. The place overall was really nice. Everyone was seated at different table. They served themed drinks you could order using your phone. The servers were really fast. We accidentally ran into some the actresses after the show when we went to grab a late night snack, they were such cool and awesome people.o would see a show there again.

Christopher Lucas: Epic spot for live entertainment!

Stephanie Magnaye: Watched Avenue Q in April 2023. Great view of the show. They don’t have meals, only drinks that you can order via QR code. Drinks were reasonably priced.

Steph Vesely: Such a fun theatre! Avenue Q was so much fun and the actors were super talented. We loved the experience!

dustin herberman: Staff is friendly and looks as if everyone is having fun. The setup is good. Looking forward to coming back. The only issue is it's down stairs, it's possible that someone could have a difficult time.

Viv G: Great food, great fun. All covid protocols followed and then some. You feel very comfortable. Tables quite far apart.

Alexandra: We had a FABULOUS time at The Medley to see the live radio play of It’s A Wonderful Life. The staff were super friendly and really at the top of their game . There was a button to push at the table to request the waiter and I found this a great way to communicate with our server. That way he didn’t have to keep checking if we needed anything and we could simply order when ready or reach out to him when we needed something. It really made the ordering process run smoothly.I read previous reviews about delays getting food during the Rocky Horror Picture Show event and from what I can understand, it was the first really big event put on by this venue so there was a steep learning curve and bumps along the way for the staff during those shows. However they definitely got the swing of things now. Even though this show had a smaller audience, which may have helped, I believe the staff really know how to make an audience feel special and they are great at their jobs.I ordered the Aloha burger and the stuffed mushrooms and everything was delicious and served hot. Portions were generous. Fries came with the burger and I enjoyed them too. A lot of the negative reviews seem to be related to the chicken dishes so I avoided those dishes on purpose. The food was brought out in a timely manner. The staff were attentive and really made us feel welcome. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about the people who work here. Even as we were leaving, a waiter who wasn’t our waiter asked us if we enjoyed our evening and we chatted for a bit and he thanked us for coming. He was busy tidying up for the next show and he wasn't our waiter, so really, he didn’t have to say anything. But he did and it solidified to me that this is a venue that prides themselves on excellent customer service and safety, and they also seek out feedback for improvement and to know what they are doing well.In terms of safety, we were very happy with the set up. Tables were spaced out, the facility was very clean, and staff wore masks. The air quality seemed great. Fresh and not at all stuffy. We had our temperatures taken and vaccine passports checked promptly at the door. They’ve done a great job putting safety first while not sacrificing a good time and good entertainment. Now for the performers. Wow. Putting on an old time radio broadcast in front of a live audience - sound effects and all - is definitely not an easy feat. But these actors didn’t miss a beat. We were mesmerized by their talent and they really did the film justice. They even sounded like the original actors from the film while infusing their own talents into their characters. I was impressed. There were many comedic moments too, like the "commercial" breaks during the brief intermissions.I would absolutely return to The Medley for dinner and a show in the future.

Diana Dwyer: Just saw It's a Wonderful Life radio show at The Medley. This story makes me cry every time. If you close your eyes it is easy to imagine yourself in Bedford Falls. Delicious appies, mains, desserts, and drinks! Pic of Eggplant Parm presentation was an afterthought as I was already a third into it. It was so good! Felt very safe there with well spaced tables and excellent ventilation.

Sam Kearney: Great ambiance and variety of shows

Dawn Lim: Show is good, service is good, but food is mediocre. It's not horrible. Just not tasty.Knowing this, we would still choose to go to The Medley for future shows, but dine elsewhere and just meet the minimum spend for food.

Demetres Mississauga Courtney Park: what do users think?

Yash Patil: 10/10Tons of verities of ice creams to chooseGreat friendly staffDefinitely to be repeated place with budget constraints

Hoang Le: Although prices have risen a lot over the years and new competitors have appeared in the dessert space, Demetres has been able to hold its own with their brand of high quality service and delicious offerings. They manage to always keep it fresh and delightful. We never leave disappointed and would always return for more.

Faith DS: I hadn’t been here in 15 years, so I’m not sure how much the interior has changed since. If they’ve recently revamped it, I’m impressed. I just have it in my head that it would be funkier-looking inside. Got the Puddin’ on the Ritz for the first time and loved it. It wasn’t too sweet, unlike their other desserts. It reminds me of the Licks burger sundae I used to get. It’ll be my go-to from now on.

jaideep singh: Great place for sweet tooth, but a little pricey!!
