The Mississauga location is just an office however they were quick to ship my HDD to the North York location where the lab is located.The account manager kept me up to date throughout the entire process. C1PH3R: let me tell you a story of how I almost lost some really important data and a really important client. I’m kind of computer savvy but this was definitely out of my league when a SSD drive just stopped running on me, I tried the usual methods of getting my data but nothing worked. I went with a few data recovery centres including shipping one out the country with no luck, they were all basically too expensive and doing a rush order was out of the question with their rates. Luckily in finally got in contact with these guys, they were way more reasonable and they reassured me everything would be fine when I brought it in. Got my data back quick.
