It sad how petty and cheap some people can be and leave a review of 0 over a $10 adjustment fee or complain about not having their glasses adjusted because they did not buy their glasses there. It’s a liability issue and that’s completely understandable. If your looking for great glasses at a very reasonable price Bill and his team are the people you want to go too ! I always recommend them 100%!

What keeps me coming back are many things including selection, staff and service.The folks who work there, Gabi and Erica are so stylish and glamorous and they are so smart and amazing at their role. I've never felt pressure to buy any particular name brand and I feel like they make decisions based on what works best for the customer not what may offer the most profit.My child LOVES it when our insurance coverage comes up because they know it's time for fun and funky glasses. They have the most stylish glasses for kids, and now for tweens/teens. My kid has only worn glasses from QueenSpectacle and the selection for kids is stellar. My kid will only wear turquoise frames and for the past 4 years, the folks have really hit it out of the park in finding fun frames that work and meet the particular requirements of my kid.I will never go anywhere else. Please don't ever leave because I will be eye glasses lost without your help!
Kerri Klotz: My boyfriend had a wire hit him in the eye at work. He initially called a walk in clinic, which gave the incorrect advice for his problem. We were about to go the ER, but looked up other options. Luckily, Queen Spectacle stated on their website that they would take in emergency eye issues. Despite being booked with appointments for weeks, they immediately figured out a way to accommodate him quickly after hearing the severity of the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure he received the best treatment in a timely manner. Due to their swift and professional response, he was able to heal quicker and avoid permanent damage.

Despite the changes in hours and lack of walk-ins due to COVID, they were very prompt in replying to my email request and setting up an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. Ryan Bootan: I had the best experience, I purchased some Gucci glasses in Montreal and I’ve had such a hard time looking for a place adjust my rimless glasses, literally went to every single optical store and they refused. I went in and in a matter of a couple of minutes they adjusted my glasses and gave me some grommets all free of charge. I feel like in this day and age it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get good service and even at that for free!!! As I was waiting for my adjustment I also notice so many variations of different high brand glasses. I will for sure come back and purchase a pair because the lady that helped me and the optometrist was so helpful and had an amazing attitude. Any one that’s in the area should definitely shop there it’s a no brainer. They will definitely have my clientele as well and my circle of friends and family.
