Theresa carefully listened to my concern and patiently helped me with my Bell SIM card transfer and activation. It’s a big deal to me because I am a person with a disability and Theresa took her time with me until my concern was resolved. I appreciate it a lot.

Lois Thornton: Daniel was very attentive and helpful. He knew all the information needed to help us with our phone upgrade. I have been upgrading phones on a regular basis for family members for years now and each time it was a hassle I had to psych myself up to do. In the past there was always confusion, uncertainty, calls to managers or other offices etc. before things were confirmed and processed. This was by far the easiest and fasted cell phone upgrade I have done. Will continue to go back to this location for future upgrades and services.
