WSC L: Over the past two years I have been struggling hard breathing when sleeping lying on my back or left side while my left arm was constantly painful and later on together with headache and dizziness everyday. BEVERLY NARIO: Before I had this very bad backache that even going to a therapeutic massage doesnt help me anymore. Everyday I was using a hot compress or pain relief patches because of the pain that I had. I remembered that I was very moody and my patience towards my family most especially to my toddler was very little that time.And then my husband recommended to try his chiropractor and try the same course that he was having. At first, I was very hesitant to take it because of the schedule but he pushed me to go for it and now, I have no regrets. The pain that I had before was reduced to 3/4 and the remaining was of course, I am still working and still using my body so I know its totally normal but that doesnt mean that I will think of using hot compress nor pain relief patches right away. I just want to say a very big Thank You to Dr. Ongko for helping me he is indeed the best chiropractor. And did I mention that all the receptionist is very accomodating, friendly and helpful too? They always have this beautiful smiles every.single.time. Thank you.

Your brain generates nerve impulses to control and regulate your entire body, from your nose to your toes. Nerve impulses are sent down the spinal cord and out to every organ and tissue of your body. So that your brain knows everything is working as designed, impulses are sent back up to the brain. That’s the definition of True Health.
Many things can disrupt nerve impulses either to or from your brain. The moving bones of the spine are common culprits. When this happens, affected organs and tissues will not work right and symptoms can result. Mason: I’ve been seeing Dr. Fong for about 6 months now and I can confidently say that my quality of life has improved drastically. On my first visit he examined my spine and went in depth with me about the spinal nerve function. Dr. Fong will carefully make adjustments to your body based on the issues you’re having. He was even able to find out that my mid thoracic spine was out of alignment which causes difficulty breathing and that I was lacking muscle around that area of my back which are important for your posture. Grace, the receptionist is also very welcoming. Bless your body with the care it needs by going to see Dr. Fong. You won’t be disappointed

Noosh K: In 1995 my mom was suffering from intense, searing sciatic pain stemming from a herniated disc. She was unable to walk, sit or even sleep. We were using a wheelchair to take her from one place to another. She had seen many Doctors and they had mentioned that she had to have a risky surgery or live with the disabling pain.One of my dad’s friends recommended Dr. Victor Fong / City Centre Chiropractic and we book an appointment. The first thing Dr. Fong did was take an Xray of my mom’s spine and then explained what the issue was, and which area was the sciatic in. Then he started working on her spine. When we got home that night my mom was able to sleep for the first time after many months. She slept for nearly 12 hours straight without any medication. We could believe the results only after one session.Then she started having regular visits and after few weeks she was able to walk gradually. She has been a regular patient of Dr. Fong for over 2 decades. Many of her friends that have chosen to have the surgery are not any better after the surgery. She is very grateful for the results that she has gotten as a result of her sessions with Dr. Fong. This was my mom’s story.I started suffering from severe migraines in my 20’s and working in an office environment sitting for prolonged hours was not helpful. I also started visiting Dr. Victor Fong for my neck-related issues for the last two years. Dr.Shier looked at my entire body to come up with a care plan that will help reduce my lower back pain and optimize my health. She really took the time to listen to my concerns, which made me feel like I was in good hands.She also uses the activator method, which is like a spring loaded instrument. It’s precise and if you’re someone that dislikes the bone cracking sound, you won’t hear any with this!I continue to get care with Dr.Shier to maintain my health but also so I can get back to doing the things I love! I’ve also considered acupuncture and she’s also trained to do that.Overall, this clinic is great, and the doctors really take their time to work with you in order to help you achieve your goals. I would recommend this chiropractic clinic to anyone who’s suffering from back, neck, knees, any joint pain really! It works.
