Maia Espejo: I’ve been to the Asian grocery store in this plaza called BTrust many times and saw this restaurant but never been in until I searched for hand pulled noodles on Google and this restaurant popped up. There were some mixed reviews which made me hesitant. But my love for noodles took over. So we decided to try it and form our own opinion.So glad we went ! When you walk in there’s a gentleman making fresh noodles. So this place has to be good!Modern and clean restaurant.Service was great, the server explained each item to us and the food came super fast.We decided to get 2 types of noodles soup to share since the bowls are huge for $11.99!!We got the mild sliced noodles with beef and the spicy ramen braised beef noodles. The broth for both soup were amazing, so flavourful. We loved the spicy chilli oil at the table and almost used up the whole jar.Our conclusion was that we liked the braised beef better than the sliced beef. The braised beef was so tender and the sliced noodles were thick and chewy. The fresh ramen noodles were great as well but we love thick noodles in general as a preference. We also love the spicy broth, it’s not too spicy we had to add more chilli oil.For the bbq dishes we got the lamb skewers and the spicy squid tentacles. The cumin spices were so flavourful and tasty.Grilled to perfection!What a nice surprise, so happy we decided to try this place! It’ll be my go to hand pull noodle place to satisfy that craving!!Prices are great for the portion. FYI- they only accept cash or debit no credit cards.Must try and highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian noodles.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly lots of families are there.Parking: Lots of parking , it’s in a huge plaza.

Vernon Chang: and beef internal organs assorted soup noodles.For the congee, it's a good congee, it's silky smooth, they indeed did a great job with the congee, it's legit, they spent time slow cooking it to the perfection. However, I was a bit disappointed with the ingredients for this assorted little boat congee, it lacks squid, pork skin and other elements that make an assorted congee. Since the congee itself is delicious and they did it in the proper way, I will definitely order other types of congee next time just to give it another try, perhaps the century egg shredded pork or pork blood with fish congee maybe better.As for the beef assorted soup noodles, the noods are bouncy, which is great as I hate soggy egg noods, let me emphasize the portion of the egg noods were alot. Amazing! There were the beef stomach, liver, and other internal organs, so that's great. They included some bok choy which is ok, but I personally prefer guy lai or choy shum, anyhow, I am glad they serve some veggies, so much appreciated.The broth was nicely done as well as it's not just clear broth but have flavour and colour.Overall, I would come back here to order some more congee and other dishes as the pricing are reasonable and good portion, good service with good food the next time I am in Mississauga.

Ten Ten: . I'm loving their snow pea leaves with mushroom/ garlic. Their congee is soft, smooth and savory, it melts in your mouth that's why this place is called congee queen and it is always full and people get their number and patiently wait for their turn to be called whenever there will be vacant seats available, that's how good their foods are, it's really worth it.

The food, it depends, but some are salty, and some are very oily.The staff/servers, they are wearing gloves and use the same pair of gloves all over, touch different surfaces, and newly washed dishes.. please, better use no gloves and wash or sanitize hands frequently. Make a habit so, every one is safe, especially yourself as a staff or server. Thank you...

Hollies: I rate 4-star to this restaurant because their menu covers a great varieties of food that anyone could easily find a favourite item. As to the food quality, I would say it is average or 3-star. Service is kind of casual and friendly. The great thing about this restaurant is that you can almost have anything on the menu and make it a set meal option with soup and coffee/tea.You might want to try it yourself next time when you are in the area.
