I was super nervous to get my mid helix pierced but felt so comfortable because of the manager Latoya and my piercer Gwen who was very patient with me and did a fantastic job. The manager Latoya was so lovely to work with, very friendly and informative!! Very welcoming vibes! I over heard her dealing with very very rude customers and she handled it so professionally the entire time. I would have snapped. They were even trying to scam her and she knew exactly what they were doing but remained calm and respectful. I would 10000% recommend this place! I went August 23 around 5 for the happy hour 4 piercings for $60. My friend and I split it between us. She got a conch and I got my thirds and snug. The wait time was very short, maybe about 10 minutes and the piercer was extremely professional and took her time going through the process. By far, Sara is one of the best piercers at P&P. She even cut off a previous piercing my friend had and replaced it. Tim hand drew the piece onto me and worked with me to make sure it would look exactly as I envisioned it. The shop has a great atmosphere and is kept very clean! Thank you Tim!
