The website has a live agent that was extremely helpful in answering questions and after the order connected with me by text to confirm details about my order and helped me optimize my engraved image.Bochart is priced fairly, right around the same price tag as you may find on Amazon or other places, however the quality of the product and service is phenomenal.Thank you again.
