I would have bought a new tail light and wasted a bunch of money but he was able to rewire and fix the issue on site at his garage with no issues at all. Even went the extra mile and fixed some details that weren't even mentioned for extra security.Solid work by a professional, I will definitely be back when my other side taillight fails lol.

Gurmeet Nagra: There are a ton of shops out there that can do an oil change and tire swap, but these guys are much more than just that. Peter and his team are extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and don’t break the bank. They’re able to diagnose issues and don’t try to push upsells when they’re not required. You can tell they’re honest and are proud of their reputation that they’ve earned. Anna is fantastic to deal with as well, super customer service oriented and just overall very positive.Apart from bodywork they can do everything vehicle related which is a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend checking these guys out especially if you drive a Euro vehicle.

Roger Carmichael: Another great experience at Diagnotech! I had an oil change done at another outfit which are proficient, but again Peter and his crew outshined. The other garage was unable to access the real problem and figured it could be a transmission issue, but couldn't be certain. With Anna at the helm understanding my concerns they did their investigation and found it was another problem other than the transmission. I asked what was the damage for their trouble seeing that the other garage presumed it was a transmission! They were extremely understanding. Their attention to detail and customer service is beyond 5 stars, especially this being my first return visit since the transmission installation September 2020 before "lockdown!". Called ASR after contacting 3 x dealerships with back order for my alternator 2-3 weeks @ $750+labour = $1200-$1300🤬 Then call local garages and fully booked fir 2-3 weeks and price around $850-$950👍 Then I see ASR listing and read the reviews. Wow, they are mostly 5 star, so I call and speak with Ray. His calm, Caribbean vibe takes the edge off my anxious search and then he hits me with the price & breakdown. I reply, are u sure and he pauses, I say, cause that is awfully low compared to what I have quoted. So I get my car to his location, which is in the middle of industrial area, but I bring my bike on rack, and 7 minute ride at Mavis & Central Pkwy, are enough coffee/ food franchises to pass the 1.5 hours he quoted. True to his word, I get the call and make my way back. Everything was exactly the way he quoted to me over the phone the day before. He even showed me the old OEM alternator and the issues...5 stars is not enough for Ray & Max...👍🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗Service:Electrical

Anoop Kumar: Mecano was suggested to me by a friend and i was treated very much more as a first customer by Mr. Lucas. I went there to meet Mr. Rish and he was away, but Lucas did Everything what i just needed with Mark & Viny's expertise. They even got rid of stuff from my maintenance list that wasn't actually required for the vehicle. After a week i had a fuel cap issue that was caused by my fault and Lucas out of his busy schedule arranged time to fix it out for me. Rish provided me the best customer service I have ever had, he takes all my phone calls no other shop does this. His work was excellent on the radiator replacement and prices were reasonably as well. I felt my car was taken care of.I also wanted to change my brakes as well but after looking at the brake pads Rish advised me not to change the pads since they have plenty of life. Never have I seen a shop advise a customer to hold off on something because the pads still have 80% life. Anastasia Belenkov: Exceptional service. I'm glad I found this auto service on Google. I visited Toronto with my 2 little daughters for a few days, and noticed that my wheels deflated and I need to fix it before I'm going back home. I step in to Prince Auto, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, they found the time for me right away, I wasn't wait with kids too long. They fixed the problem in a few minutes. My father is a retired mechanic with many years experience. Yes it's an easy fix but I could tell that Jo Auto Service love what they do!
