Arnold helped me line up a centrifugal pump and some discharge hoses for the weekend, making the unit available for early pickup in case I wanted a head start on the job. Jorge U: Nothing but 5 stars for the staff at this branch. They always meet my expectations and are always looking to help with my rental needs. Today they showed me some new all electric equipment that we can use on projects were electric equipment is only permitted.
Vlad Serbanescu: Andrew was great to deal with.He was able to find us the equipment we needed despite the difficulty.He was great and saved our project, without him being able to find the compressor on time it would've been in trouble with the project deadline.

Issam Alkhiami: TheRentalGuys is a really good place to rent a forklift. They have an easy to use online system. They also deliver and pickup the forklift exactly when they say they will. They know being on time is important and they always are.The price always includes delivery and pick up so you know exactly what you have to pay.

Efficient, on time delivery, I had to extend my rental period many times, it was a simple process, and stress free. My reno didn't go as planned, but the one thing that helped the stress level go down was knowing I had the lift available and rental renewable as long as I needed itThe team at rental guys communicate extremely well, no hesitation to recommend them at all.And a special mention to Matt, the delivery driver...a nicer man you couldn't meet...a true gentleman to deal with.Five star and more.
Ellis Nicolson: Excellent communication and service. I rented the Kubota Skid Steer with a 12" auger. This machine was top notch and had all the bells and whistles, eg automatic lock/unlock, a/c, etc. I used the Kubota to dig out a large hedge and install a fence. Everyone I interacted with was super nice and helpful. I would definitely use this company again. My only annoyance was having to pay an extra fee to have delivery between 7-9 am.
Mitchell Bowser: Awesome experience renting a machine. I got quotes from a few companies. Most charge $100+ In delivery fees both ways. Paid $50 to have the machine before 11am and it was here by 9. Don who delivered gave me a run down on how to operate. Don’t look anywhere else for a rental.

He explained how the machine works, etc. At the end of the rental period, he again called a day earlier and before coming the next day to confirm. I had even called the customer service and spoke to a person named Patricia- she too was very helpful and pleasant. Well Maintained Equipment and affordable Pricing. Overall a fantastic experience!!!
JT: This is the place where you want to rent your tools and machinery from. I have no hesitation going back to TheRentalGuys when I need to rent something else in the future. Not only were Mitch and Graeme super helpful but the person I spoke with on their online chat, to ask specific questions, was super knowledgeable about product info. I was going to rent an articulating boom lift but was advised that the scissor lift would be a be a better choice for my application. Quite happy about making that decision and the cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers. These guys are the best, from their customer support to their product knowledge as well as their free delivery and their web booking portal. Just a breeze from start to finish. Keep up the great work guys!

Jeremy Missud: I have never rented equipment for personal use before and these guys made it easy. I was doing a large concrete patio in my back yard so I needed a mini skid steer and tamper. The online chat helped me to make sure I was getting the right equipment and that I booked it properly. They have the best rates I could find and the equipment was in extremely good condition. They delivered nice and early so I was able to start on my project right away. Any time I need to rent something I am definitely trying the rental guys first.

Robert Paiva: Amazing service today from these guys. To be honest I didn't even know they were there. They were very accommodating and I never got the sense that I was bothering them. I was treated like I had been doing business with them for years. I rented a small excavator and a jumping jack to do a small construction job I had down the street. I will definitely use them again.
