Teresa Manaig: Moving to the "Kay" was the best decision my husband and I's ever made! It's like living in a hotel everyday, imagine waking up with a gorgeous Toronto skyline view every single morning. The whole building is not yet 100% finished, but we love everthing about it! From the staff, they are all very friendly and helpful, the space from the hallways to the kitchen, to the living room, washroom and last but not the least the bedrooms are very generous in sizes. All was done with perfection and elegance! You're literally living in a hotel-like atmosphere. Most of all the sound proofing is the best! I hate living in an apartment where you can here your neighbour's noise, and because I chose the Dixie road side to specifically see the beautiful Toronto skyline, as soon as I close the windows, you don't hear anything. Everything they said about the "Kay" in the website, are all true. And the neighborhood, everything you need are just a few steps away, bus stops right infront of the building, groceries, gas station, coffee shops, bakery, super markets, malls, library, community centre etc. and more, you name it it's just all around the neighborhood I can all see them from our beautiful and generously done valcony!! Helen Sharovaha: Our family want to say a huge thank you to Judy at 10 Reid Dr. in Mississauga.She heard that having just arrived in Canada from Ukraine without resources or other family or acquaintances, our family was in crisis, needing housing and work. Although Judy did not know us at all, she selflessly extended a helping hand when she heard about our difficult circumstances. She sincerely and compassionately understood our need and did her best to help us. This resulted in fulfilling both those needs through CLV Group, the company she works for. We are deeply impressed by her willingness to tirelessly go out of her way to take such an active interest in helping us and committing to such a kind act to complete strangers, without regard for her very busy schedule and heavy workload. We are also very grateful to CLV Group for their part in compassionately making provisions for both our employment and housing needs. We are so happy we met Judy and are sincerely thankful to her from the bottom of our heart.
Michael Cariaso: and they were both very friendly yet professional. The tour was very informative, they were able to show us available units, as well as upcoming units as they both have a very good knowledge of their building and what is going on inside their units. Judy was very helpful in giving insight into any questions we had about the unit, rennovations, concerns, etc. and her own stories and experience with the buidling. We had a good idea of what it would be like living in the property from the tour alone. Cassandra was also very helpful, being able to provide a breakdown of estimated costs for insurance, hydro, internet, etc. and most importantly, streamlined our application process. As a new renter, the process was very easy thanks to Cassandra and the online application process. She also aided in requesting supplemental documentation to help strengthen our application on the backend, proving that she cares about her clients and goes beyond the call of duty. Overall, our decision into renting was heavily influenced by the fact that these two lovely members of CLV Group were helping us along the decision-making process, and I highly recommend this building for working professionals.

Virginia Mudjar: My daughter and her friends lived at 14 Reid Drive. There is not much I can say that hasn't been said about Judy here in the reviews! She is personable, organized and responsive. Her quick responses to email inquiries was a breath of fresh air! As it was my daughter's first time living on her own completely, I felt good knowing Judy was there if they needed anything and that it was a safe apartment. The apartment foyer, hallways/stairs and elevator were always clean! Judy was a pleasure to deal with for the 3 years my daughter lived there with her friends while attending university.

She is thoughtful, helpful and takes such great care of both buildings. We moved this year as we were expecting another wee one and we just outgrew the space; otherwise we would never had left!The community within each building is amazing as well, all great people who collectively help maintain the amazing care and cleanliness of the building.

Kaitlyn Irene: My experience at 10 Reid Drive since even before I moved in has been the absolute best experience I have had not just from a rental company, but as a whole.My experience with Judy and staff at 10 Reid has been something I will absolutely never forget. The personable level of the staff with the residents is something you don’t see everyday, it’s something that is just so rare when you meet people like this you know you’re home.This apartment is quiet and just off the main street located in Streetsville. The units, common areas, hallways and elevator is consistently kept clean and are always maintained by the staff. They assist with package delivery when required, are always attentive to any concerns and actually and honestly care about all residents in the apartment.I’ve lived in apartments before where the staff are no where to be seen unless they are trying to rent out a unit, units are unkept, residents are out of order, hallways and elevators are dirty - this is an entirely different experience at 10 Reid. This is not a rental where you feel forgotten once you sign your rental papers, this is a place of family.I’ve built friendships with others within the apartment and everyone is so friendly to one another, you never have to be concerned about who might be next door or if your package is left outside your door too long. Everyone looks out for one another, just like a small community.If you are looking for an apartment, especially during these hard times there are so many different options and companies to go with, you can see the reflection of Judy and the staffs hard work reflected in all the positive comments.This isn’t just an apartment, it’s home.Thank you to everyone at 10 Reid, who has and continues to make my experience here as amazing as it has been.You’re an honest blessing to each and every person at these residences and you’re making a lifelong impression on every single person who moves in.

She is always happy to help, she makes the building feel like a community, and she certainly isn't afraid to put her foot down to protect her tenants. The management is superb, they will always act when there is an issue in your building/apartment, even on weekends. Always ready to listen no matter what. Sandra will always call to check how we are doing when I mentioned my kids were sick, will always pull strings to accommodate you, very caring set of people. Rhoda, and all other technicians who will always make sure your concern is resolved. I wish I could stay longer. Thank you guys, will always reference 2700 Aquitaine Avenue. Nice place for kids, good neighborhood. 👍
Neil Redsell: I have lived here at this location for over 10 years and have found that the management here is excellent. The Superintendents have always responded to my requests in a professional manner. There have been some small issues on the property but have been ones created by some of the tenants... for example the garbage area. Management has responded quickly to rectify the problem but the situation has been caused by irresponsible persons to lazy to put their garbage in the dumpsters. As a result people blame the management for this issue caused by the few. I have recommended this property to friends and will continue to do so. We are very fortunate here in this location to actually have a crew who actually give a darn about the comfort of everyone. This is a very large location to manage and I for one am pleased with the results we are seeing by the efforts put forward by the team of individuals working for our homes.

Rayvnne Gal (Ray of Sunshine): I lived at 2700 Aquitaine Avenue for 4 years. I really enjoyed my time there. My neighbors were respectful and management staff was really nice to deal with. All my maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner and I never went more than 4 hours without water or electricity. I was always notified well in advance if any water or power was going off for maintenance purposes. I would definitely recommend minto management for your renting needs. Best part of this location was, its close proximity to a lake and walking trail. It is a safe and amazing place to live.
Ms Shaun: I submitted a maintenance request and received a reply in less than 30 minutes confirming the day and time that the work will be done.. A bathroom medicine cabinet & bathroom light fixture were replaced on the same day. Gary is very efficient, hardworking and gets the job done! Michael Rattenbury: I've very much enjoyed living here in one of the garden homes. The staff and management team are friendly and helpful. The units are clean and renovated. The neighbors are all friendly. The neighborhood is wonderful, all the amenities are nearby. The lake Aquitaine park is great to have on the doorstep as well. Would recommend as a great place for a family.

Fizza Abbas: We’ve rented at 2700 Aquitaine Avenue for over 22 years, and with each passing year it feels more and more like home. I cannot imagine living in another place. This is home and where I’ve grown up from my childhood days. The property managers Tony and Sandra Janetta treat us like their own family and are the most kind and caring people we’ve ever come across. They take our concerns seriously, make us feel heard, and make us know that we are their top priority.I am always in awe of how they have both ensured my father who is wheelchair bound is comfortable, and are even working to create a separate walk in shower for him. Tony and Sandra are continuously looking for ways to make improvements and renovations to all the apartments in the complex. It is so comforting knowing we have such great property managers!Thank you to Sandra and Tony, and all the incredible people they have employed for making us feel right at home.If you are looking for a family friendly, beautiful by the lake apartment, look no further!

He and his wife Sandra the property manager, hard working,honest people.I had some damage done to my truck in the parking lot when the construction fence was up this past July. No one claimed they damaged my truck. I took pictures and sent an email to the office explaining the scenario.Within a few days, Sandra contacted me and said they believed the contractor was likely responsible. She agreed to pay for the damage. When I received the check a couple of weeks later, it was from. The contractor!I was relieved at the promptness as it was going to be over a 1000$ to repair.Thanks again to Sandra for her professional service and approachable way !Also, when I had a leaking a/c unit the other week. I called the office, they brought a portable unit in by the afternoon. The next day a contractor was there to replace and repair it.Thanks for speedy work!

Марія Зощак: Soon we will be moving into apartments at 2100 Sherobee Road. We are looking forward to it! The managers Rashif and Jessica accompanied us through the process of signing the lease. These people know their job well and the transaction was completed quickly and with the most positive vibes. Rashif was patient and considerate of our wishes. He explained to us the answers to all our questions and suggested the best option for an apartment. We are very grateful to the Capreit team and Sherobee managers!
MAYADA AYOUB: As for the apartment itself, it's very well renovated; it has brand new appliances, curtains, wood floor, kitchen & Washroom. we met couple of our neighbors when moving in, they were very welcoming and they offered us a dolly to move our stuff in. I highly recommend this place for families and pet lovers.

Filipe von Carmo: I have moved in recently and the process was smooth, with the usual red tape every rent entails. However, the management with Rasheif and Jessica has been mostly helpful, prompt, cooperative, professional and transparent, with Rasheif also being a very nice and easy-going individual. The apartment was delivered clean and renovated and the building facilities seem to be clean and organized as a whole, based on all aspects a complex with hundreds if apartments may present. So far, with the moving in process and the short time in, it has been a pleasant experience.

Michael S: Been at this location for 10 years and counting. Building is very conveniently located, well maintained with knowledgeable staff. Unit is very comfortable.

Imtiaz Ahmad: is located within a 10 minutes drive from there. If you don't have a car , You can even take the mi way transit to Square one because there is a bus stand in front of the building. Schooling should not be an issue if you live here too. If you live here, your child's high school would be Port Credit Secondary School, the top 3 high schools in Mississauga!. You can take a tour of Port Credit if you want, which is beside Lake Ontario. The cooksiville library is also located in the area. There is also a TD bank less than a km away.Now lets move on to the building. When I came here, It was very affordable. I still think now It is affordable
