Also, the place is surprisingly inexpensive.Parking: The parking lot is very spacious, and if it's not enough, there plenty of parking spaces near by on the plaza. This is very convenient!

Kirk Amirault: Took some colleagues here for dinner following meetings. The food was excellent! The only thing that honestly disappointed me was that it wasn't busier! We ordered the Kamikaze platter which is great for sharing if you have a few people. The quality and freshness of the food is incredible and the flavors are so well thought out. The sushi rolls were top notch, the kimchi fried rice was a highlight as well, very spicy! Will for sure be coming back again. Great cocktail menu as well.

It's the first place I have ever dined at that asked the table if we had any food allergies or dietary resteictions. I thought that was a great touch to the service.It is also pricy for the amount of food. It is tapas style. I would only go back for special occassions.The only thing that was disappointing was the online menu doesn't match the in-house menu and they no longer served the item I wanted and the online menu still hasn't been updated almost a month later.
Roberto Martinez: First time here. Had dinner with wife and friends.We ordered a lot of dishes to share amoungst us. Food was tasty and at times spicy but I loved it. Kimchi rice was my favorite.Some of the portions seemed small for the price.Good friendly service and clean washrooms.
Katie No: Tried out Bonsai on a night out in Port Credit and really enjoyed our time ! We shared the soft shell crab and ordered the kimchi fried rice and sous vide duck. The portions are huge and very shareable, all the dishes were tasty but our favourite was the black sesame creme brûlée ! The restaurant was very picturesque and staff were kind and attentive !

The food was really delicious, the atmosphere was nice and the service was really great. We ordered the shareable appetizer platter which was huge, the kimchi rice and the hot stone wagyu. The cocktails were also very good. I would recommend everything!

Matt W: Food was pretty good for what we ordered. We ordered for 12 people and it was ready within a very reasonable amount of time. Very close to the house we are at. My only gripe is they gave us a tub that had way too much Wasabi in it. We then had 13 little individual things of soy. A few of the small containers of Wasabi would have been enough.

Nelson Kagetsu: So, you want to eat Japanese food...so then go to Ginko!!! This is REAL Japanese food, unlike a lot of the AYCE places. I been eating here for around 30 years or more, back when it was in the Cambridge Hotel. Chef Kimura's commitment to providing excellent food and ambience is second to none. I even had the pleasure of having Ginko cater the sushi for my wedding... boy, was that a mistake...I thought I would have left overs...none to be found, my wife's side are Italian and they ate most of it...lol.Not sure there's a better Japanese restaurant around. Authentic food at the highest quality, hopefully you will try and be able to taste the difference!!!It's definitely not our last time... we'll be back!!!

April Hatle: Stunning quality all around coupled with a great atmosphere. The sashimi tasted incredibly fresh, and as a result, the sushi pizza I had was a delight. However, the standout from my meal was the chikara combination dinner! The chicken karaage had an absolutely beyond perfect texture and coating, and the teriyaki beef was not only melt-in-your-mouth rich, but the in-house teriyaki sauce was some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The only thing I tried that I would pass on next time is their momiji cheesecake, which I found too dense, very eggy and not particularly my style. I would say Ginko is definitely worth the price tag, and is now my favourite Japanese restaurant in the outer Mississauga area of Toronto!

Brian Kwong: , it is in the subtleties where you will find their uniqueness and an appreciation for what they do.First of all, there is no obnoxious vent right above the grill. The vent is built into the grill. There is no question that this works just as well since we didn't notice any smoke in the venue. A small touch like that means you can see everyone across the table without an obstructed view.Secondly, the food is also cooked over a wire mesh as opposed to a metal plate. This makes it so that there is significantly less surface area for meat to stick and burn to, it allows for a much better char from the flame underneath, and replacing the mesh is a lot more seamless than your waiter holding a burning hot metal plate across the restaurant each time.Finally, their specialty, the beef. The beef is seasoned very well and seem to be coming from very nice cuts with good quality. We just ordered all their beef offerings, and we liked it so much, we did it 3 times in one sitting. I don't think I've had AYCE BBQ where the beef was such high quality.The desserts offered to us were crème brûlée and melona bars. Both of which, you can offer multiple of. The crème brûlée was very well made, and I do recommend trying it.

Brian Chau: Decently priced for the types of meats you can order. Reservations can only be done for groups of 6 or more, you will need to pay for anyone that is missing if you reserved and do not have 6 people with you. There is a 2 hours limit so it is ideal to almost always have food cooking on the grill and they will give a heads up last call for your order when the time is almost up. They do put 4 people to a table work one grill which may not be as great, I find it better to have 2-3 for one grill. Meats are generally above average in terms of taste.

Please don't be stingy with sauce packets! We had 2 egg rolls and 3 dishes so there should have been more plum and soya sauces! Can't comment on the sushi but the Chinese food was really good quality.

John John: this fine establishment has always been our go to for comfort food for over a decade now. apart from some minor facelifts and an upgrade to their ordering system for their buffet, the place has remained simple, familiar and special at the same time. food has always been consistently fresh and delicious, portions perfect; staff friendly and efficient; price reasonable. definitely can't go wrong and will keep on going back for more!
Justin Budikentjana: Pretty standard for an all you can eat sushi spot. What I really like about this place though is that you can send the order from the iPad yourself instead of waiting for one of the staff to eventually come to your table and confirm what is on the iPad like at other places. One thing to note is that for some reason the soy sauce was pretty weak or diluted which brought down the overall taste of the sushi.

Jerry Thres: My family had never experienced teppanyaki hibachi before so took them to Iron Chef. The front staff was funny and energetic but wished that energy was passed on to our chef. He cooked the food well but just didn't bring any energy 😕. Not much showing off the skills, not playing with the egg, not interacting much with the crowd, no sake, and it felt like it ended too quickly. The food they cooked was really good but I have to take one star away for the lack of energy 😢.
