The patient then went to see a doctor in traditional Chinese medicine that was able to eliminate the tumor following a treatment program using Chinese herbs. This miraculous experience served as a catalyst for Lei decision to attend a traditional Chinese medical college to study traditional Chinese medicine for another 4 years. Lei is training in both western and traditional Chinese medicine enable her to combine the best elements of each approach in her medical practice today.

Ela E: The best decision of my life was to start acupuncture treatments with Dr. Lei Cao, she is a phenomenal professional and the best acupuncturist you will ever find.Last year I have developed a crippling illness which literally got me down to my knees, I went from being a very healthy athlete who used to run at least 3 to 5 miles every day and did High intensity workouts plus lots of other sports to being a person who could not exist without strong opioids and nerve pain medications.The doctors were not helping, they were not giving me any answers, I was getting worse and worse by a day and they told me I had to wait a year to see a specialist. But I did not give up and started to study scientific articles, I found out that I have Interstitial cystites and, outside of diet and lifestyle changes, special supplements, yoga etc, acupuncture was highly recommended. I found out Lei Cao and she helped me heal IC.Unfortunately I was left with hypertonic pelvic floor muscles after months and months of inflammation. Once again, doctors did not help at all. I went back to this clinic and visit after visit I am feeling so much better.I am back running and living my life, I am enjoying every day to its fullest. It's been tremendously hard work but it truly paid off. And the biggest life saver is Dr. CAO. She is nothing short of miracle. She saved my life and I'll be forever grateful to this wise lady.
