We had provided the new toilet which turns out was defective. They were extremely responsive to reinstall once I dealt with getting a replacement. On another call, they addressed a sump pump issue that wasn't turning off. As I was going on vacation, they came quickly and turns out it was a simple fix. He was thorough, professional and passed on some good advice.The only issue I had was with scheduling the appointment, the woman on the phone didn't mention it was an after hours call service I had reached I thought it was the actual business. She scheduled for the next day 9-12 noon. Wasn't till that morning we got up early and the call from the office around 8:30am said that service starts at 10am Sunday and there's a $69 call out charge because it was called in after hours which wasn't told to me by the first woman. As a repeat customer I felt a bit disappointed at the additional cost but kept the appointment which didn't get started till around 12:30pm. Some training outside of business hours needs to be addressed. Thanks.

Charlie saved my tile wall, which I was convinced would have to be breeched, by creating space on the other side to access the faulty connections. It wasn't easy to work in that area, but he outlined a plan and executed it, so now I have full confidence the valve is connected securely, and the faucet and shower function perfectly. Charlie kept me informed of the steps and options along the way. As a bonus he showed me why the vanity sink was draining so slowly and how to remedy it. The one year labour warranty gives extra peace of mind, but I am very impressed with the workmanship and how good the new copper looks. Well worth calling in a pro to make it right. It wasn't an emergency, but I got a prompt reply and next day service on this job. Lidio Gallo: Great service! The gentleman called and asked if he could come sooner than the scheduled time, of course I said yes! He was able to clear the clog going out to our septic tank, and then ran a camera through to discover the main issue, which was tree roots growing through the main pipe going out of the house. Before leaving, he even ran the snake through again and pulled out a bunch of roots from in the pipe. At least it buys me some more time to start digging up and replacing the damaged pipe.Thank you very much for your awesome work!
