Big Serb: I’ve been shopping at Emco for a few years now and I’d like to explain the reason why I go here rather then a big box store is simple customer service, now I know people think they may get a better price going elsewhere but I’m sorry I would rather not spend an hour in a return line when my time is more valuable then the few dollars I’m saving somewhere else.The level of customer service you get here is beyond the initial purchase these people go out of there way to help you even after the sale and that’s something that we use to experience all the time back in the day but unfortunately very few businesses have kept that quality.
