This is because the people who work there treat you like you are someone, not a number. They actually care about you and your needs and will do everything they can to accomplish this. There was a day when I was invited to come in and go over my insurance to ensure that I had exactly what I needed. Julia spent an hour with me, past her home time, so that I understood everything and was able to make an informed decision on my insurance policy. Because of this service, my children and everyone else I talk to have switch to them, and they will also tell you how wonderful they are.I now own a business and have given them the insurance for this as well.
