I felt it was very unprofessional that there was no receptionist when I entered the waiting area it was like walking into an empty facility. Dr. Morrow had to take my payment and deal with booking my next appointment, time taken from his dealing with his patients.

Denise Sprentz: This was my first time going to physio. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The facility is clean and bright with very friendly staff. I saw Rebecca Chambers. Went in for knee pain. She is very knowledgeable and after initial meeting knew how to proceed. I have only been to 5 appointments and already feeling better. With the work in the clinic and homework to do at home I’m so excited to be on the road to feeling better. The system of appointments and reminders I also like. All online and very convenient. I would recommend Rebecca and the clinic.

I first met them several years ago due to strain and tension from my job as a dental hygienist but have been seeing them more lately from the physical pain I have been experiencing from the stress in my personal life. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I love the the view from their new clinic and how they have all of the equipment there for you to use not only to demo the exercises they want you to practice but welcome you to come and use it when you need to. They have been my heroes for my physical health and my mental health as well and for that I will forever be grateful.
Tyler: Playing a sport at a high level for 15 years, I dealt with a lot of injuries and therapists all over North America and Europe, but my experience at this clinic was one of the best. After a recent injury I saw Jenn and can’t say enough about the professionalism and knowledge within the clinic. This allowed them to diagnose me properly and use techniques that put me on an appropriate but quick recovery. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who’s dealing with an injury or is in pain and wants to get back to feeling 100% again.

I’ve been working with Jenn, who’s been great in meeting my specific rehab needs as well as ensuring I receive top care through her extensive knowledge of the body & therapy methods. Haven’t worked with others on staff but they all seem extremely capable & knowledgable as well. Good sized rehab space with all the necessary rehab equipment & a very friendly environment to heal yourself! Would recommend to anyone, athlete or not.

Ron Floren: I must say Dr. Rabinovich and his staff Justin, Stephen, Karlee and Heather have been just so great. Dr. Rabinovich is thorough easy to talk with and straightforward. Having had many surgeries in the past it was nice to have a surgeon and his staff actually think about the welfare of their patient instead of just being another person they just had to treat and then just say goodbye. I highly recommend them and will say they will never disappoint you!

Mike B: So 2 weeks ago I thought I was going to Physiotherapy well boy I was surprised to find out that's not the case bit what happen next was just absolutely amazing I've been living with alot of knee pain and when I say this I mean alot of pain on a daily it was 7to 8 but most times it would get to the point of taken alot of pain killers so I need double knee replacement I'm bone on bone in my knees are shot and this dr was just absolutely just amazing so it started with the Receptionist she was just kind and so friendly and then I met the nurse and she was amazing too but then the doctor wow just a down to earth man so he put a lubricant in ny knees and omg the pain is now to a 2 maybe even a one I can actually live again again I should of posted this 2 weeks ago but to be honest I've been enjoying life and I owe this man the world for what he has done for my and my family
Kathrine Schneider Newton: I just want to say Dr Alexander Rebinovicth and his team have been my life savers for the past 3 years I have osteoarthritis and bone degenerate disease and I had carpal tunnel in my right hand and they were gracious enough to fit me in due to a cancellation and he did a wonderful job and I want to thank his team they’re awesome I wouldn’t go to anybody else and I would recommend them to anybody that needs surgery or to see a wonderful doctor surgeon I’d say he’s the best in Ontario his team has been especially exceptionally gracious to me throughout these years and I wouldn’t go to anybody else a big thank you to all the doctors and the receptionist any assistance I’ve been wonderful and very understanding and care very much for the patients from the bottom of my heart I don’t no what I would have done with out you all thank you for all that you have all done for three Thea’s years . Jade Bacher: Hey my name is jade bacher I was just recently at general with doctor petrisor and still continue to see him for the next 3 to 6 months or longer. This is because he took on a months worth of surgeries and late days and sleepless nights wondering and figuring out how to save my leg. I was in a car accident I was ran off the road at 80 km an hour and I was sent into a tree and then I was sent with life threatening injuries and if I went to brantford I would have lost my leg and same with Toronto so doctor petriso decided to take on the impossible and took it to the next level with what he did. I will have problems walking again and will take a few years of rebuilding muscles and walking with a cane but most importantly is he didn’t say no and he gave me a second chance. So thank you dr petrisor for your amazing work I hope one day you make something out of it for your future doctors to learn from.

Andrea McQuay: My Mom had Kyphoplasty this morning. Dr.Drew was fantastic. He came to meet with us before surgery explained what it was that he was going to do, what to expect for post-op. He came and found my brother and I when Mom was done. Excellent personality.
John Utah: Broke my back, Dr. Drew screwed it together , minor pain still, but 90% better than before my surgery. Hospital staff was great, was in for 6 nights 7 days, fully recovered playing sports and weight lifting again, thank you Dr. Drew and staff of Hamilton General Hospital.

Kaitlyn Schmidt: I sprained my ankle at the end of June and found tasks as simple as walking upstairs painful a month later. After visiting anika and shawn for 6 weeks of physio, I’m back to living a pain free life. I was given many different exercises to help strengthen my ankles to heal the injury and ensure in the long term I do not experience a sprain again.

Ray McCarthy: I’ve been in and out of DBACs physio centre since 2018. I’ve purchased 3 knee braces from this store in that time. When shopping here, you know you’re getting quality products. On top of that, the staff is just awesome all around. I can’t recall her name, but the girl working at the store in the afternoon of Thursday May 25th 2023 was very helpful and knew the product well. Top notch customer service on her behalf. I highly recommend getting your brace here.

Judy Dulovic: First of all a special thanks to Natalie, McKayla and Elaine for looking after me. Physio and exercise is a small part of our recovery. The morale support, genuine caring on how we feel and what is going on is just as important.You all continuously reinforced that my surgery with exercise would be like the other. For me, “Miss positive” especially after having my left knee done exactly six months ago with zero issues to the point of being back on the dance floor two weeks after, their job was cut out for them.They constantly reassured me the other knee would come around. Quite obvious this replacement was nothing like the first one. Your attributes were as follows: caring, listened to concerns and were able to explain what was going on, very, very knowledgeable, addressed each of our needs elevating the difficulty as we mastered certain exercises. Positive reinforcement as we passed each hurdle no matter how small. I would recommend this team to look after me at any given time. You are all fantastic. Again thanks so much

Catherine Bibby: I was suffering from pain due to a knee injury and Natalie helped me build the muscles around my knee and legs which significantly reduced the pain so that I could manage day and night without pain meds. Everyone at the clinic is friendly which made going for therapy enjoyable and I love the trivia!

Enoch is also affiliated with the School of Rehabilitation at McMaster University as clinical faculty, which also supports my confidence in his professionalism and ability. Karen Szala-Meneok: Enoch Ho was excellent. During Covid-19 I developed sciatica and I was referred to Enoch Ho by my family physician. I was able to have a virtual consult using a secure video conference tool used by physiotherapists. He was able to do his assessment virtually. I used my camera on my computer and we could talk back and forth and see each other. Basically like being at his office! This let him determine my problem, prescribe a series of exercises and even check out how I did them to modify them! Very cool! I was able to get help during the pandemic, get on with doing my exercises, have a second virtual appointment and deal with the sciatica before it really got out of control! I'm so thankful for his help! He also worked about a way to facilitate the billing! Very easy and efficient during Covid-19 lockdown! He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable and had great problem solving and listening skills. It really made a difference as sciatica is such a painful thing to endure.I would whole-heartedly recommend him again! Thanks so much,
Niki Bourgeois: I received treatment there about 5 years ago maybe and it was done very professional and one on one care. Lots of useful information and the rooms are at the time clean and pleasant my physiotherapy was under Enoch, I would see him again in a heart heart beat.
