I am over 60 but believe with Aaron's instructions I might be able to complete a roll even if my hips don't move like Shakira. This definitely left me wanting another lesson.Added bonus, you get to do this learning in a Nigel Dennis Kayak. Those are definitely top quality.

Susan McLachlan: My introduction to sea kayaking was with Kayak Ontario this June for the Level 1 course. I recommend it to anyone who wants to be on the water. You learn skills that force you to be more comfortable on and in the water including wet exits and assisted and non assisted reentry. The paddle strokes taught are beneficial even with our recreational kayaks. We enjoyed the course so much my partner ordered a kayak for delivery this fall and I just picked up my very own Delta Blue. I recommend Kayak Ontario courses, services, and awesomeness to anyone interested in anything kayak related. Special thanks to Aaron and Lydia for the great instruction during th course and for all of our classmates for being so great as well. Can't wait to hit the water more confidently and of course keep on practicing.

S B: highly recommend this when you're in hamilton. perfect for couples or a nice outdoor family activity. about a 45 minute boat ride around the hamilton pier overlooking cootes paradise and the burlington bridge in the distance. i like that it's a small boat so it's more intimate with a smaller group going at a time. tickets are sold just next to william's café at a fairly reasonable price.

He is very knowledgeable about Hamilton, its history, the businesses and people who established Hamilton.The boat tour goes around the harbour. The tour guide can answer all sorts of questions you might have. Including the real story of the original Tim Horton's in Hamilton in Westdale.

We had Mark as our tour guide and he did a fantastic job - funny, engaging, & gave a wonderful “local” perspective. We had a pleasant talk with him after the tour & he even recommended some local restaurants and other history-oriented stops in the area. Would 10/10 do this tour again if we are back in the area. The marina where the tour is located is also an up-and-coming area with some food, skating, fishing, and a play area for kids. Looks like apartments are coming to the area so get here before it’s too busy!

All we really had to do was jump in the water and go explore.The planning was meticulous and everything went smoothly. No easy feat for a large group globe trotting to exotic destinations. Tammy and Brad also did a great job navigating the waters of two group travellers testing positive for covid. They did a great job managing the situation, keeping the group up the speed with the latest developments and plan changes to accommodate the two.We have already booked several other trips with Float N Flag and fully recommend them to anyone who loves to travel, see amazing sites, have world class diving experiences and immerse yourself in other cultures..

I can only imagine the frustration and disappointment they must have felt at not being able to partake in the underwater wonders of the Maldives. It serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic.Float N' Flag & the Emperor Explorer crew took proactive measures by providing masks, hand sanitizer, and rapid tests for all passengers. The communication provided by the boat staff and tour leaders kept us well-informed about the situation and ensured that everyone was aware of the necessary precautions to take. Despite the challenges, my trip was still an incredible adventure!!

Great service and great selection are two of the things I'm interested in.I purchased a pair of fins from FloatnFlag and after a couple years the fins started to delaminate where the two colours and two materials join. Certainly this isn't the fault of the store, and the fin brand isn't important, but what is important is what happened next.I returned the fins which were three years out of warranty, but my previous pair had last twenty five years so I was disappointed. The store staff mentioned that they do see this delamintation on rare occasions and would contact the distributor to see what could be done.With no hassle and little effort on my part, I received a replacement pair of fins from the store and another diver is a happy camper.-Rob

And that is before the fun even starts!!I went to them because I had broken my trusty prescription diving mask of many years, and I can testify that it is no fun being under the water, but only seeing a blur!!Past experience had made me skeptical about finding a properly fitting mask easily.Dave and Brad managed to find a new mask which fit my old prescription lenses, saving me money. But I was nervous of being left without a mask for another winter in Barbados, so I asked them to order me a second mask.So now, happily, I have two scuba masks, with prescription lenses.
