Dave Sockett: Global had the exact vehicle I wanted at a very reasonable price. When I initially looked at the vehicle, it still required some replacement parts and maintenance for it to be certified, including all new brakes, and they completed every single thing on the list promptly. When the AC stopped working a week after pickup, they arranged to take it back and put in a brand new compressor. Then I noticed a smell from the engine. I brought it in, they diagnosed the problem as a leaking coolant hose dripping onto the exhaust, and they replaced it immediately. They even asked for me to bring it back in for a check-up to make sure there were no other issues. The guys at Global went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The customer service was attentive and excellent. I couldn't be more happy with my experience or my purchase. I would highly recommend Global to absolutely anyone looking for a used vehicle. You know the stereotype of the used car dealer? Global is literally the exact opposite.

He is patient and really took the time to listen and make the best suggestions.My car was ready in less than a month, and rather than having to drive all the way from Pickering to Burlington to pick up the car, he arranged for a driver, Dennis Bird, to pick us up on a date and time that worked for me. Another option was to have the car delivered right to my house, but I wanted to pick it up.Dennis came promptly at the scheduled time and Jack treated us to drinks for the longer drive back.
