JCO PM: is sadly closing his doors. After years of amazing service and wonderful customers, it has come to this time for Charlie. He is not taking any more machines for repair but he does have some inventory to sell off. As he tries to be present at the shop on his regular days/hours...come in and wish him well and stock up on any items or supplies that he has available.
Jane: I took the machine in for repair because it had seized up and Charlie resolved this most satisfactorily. Then I also opted for a tuneup. Get a tuneup everyone! I knew that ever since I bought my machine secondhand that the tension and bobbin tension weren't right. This often caused me to be very frustrated not to mention making some messes on certain fabrics. I didn't say anything about this but Charlie found the tension issues and fixed them. Hurray!
Marcie M.: Charlie is the sweetest guy and really does a great job. It's obvious how much he loves sewing machines--he has all kinds of them in his shop. As for pricing, I doubt you would find a better deal, especially for such good work. The wait time is a few weeks but it just shows how thorough a job he does and how many customers he has. It's really well worth it!

Terry and Charlie are those two people!We have a German Pfaff sewing machine that was not functioning properly. We had taken it to other Pfaff repair places but the problems persisted. I finally took my chances and brought the machine to Charlie’s Sewing Machine and now it is humming beautifully like the good German precision machine it is. We will certainly recommend this place to our friends !I highly recommend this place and they are very reasonable in their pricing.

AGNES P TURLEY: Several years ago I purchased my Janome MC9400 from Nova Sewing Centre. I paid a great price and was super happy with my purchase. Now I have moved into a condo and needed a cabinet for this machine with an air-lift mechanism. I went to Nova's website and saw the cabinet I needed and it was on sale. I phoned them and Sean said he would check the stock for me even though he was busy in the store. He called a little while later to say they were in stock. I ordered one and it will be available for pick-up next week. Sean is very pleasant to deal with and the customer service is excellent. He also took the time to email me directions for putting it together. Very happy dealing with Nova.

Lisa Skipper: Always have what I need. The thread is cheaper here than at fabric land even with their membership discount. Always have lots of notions, ribbons, ropes and cords. If you need tassels they have the best selection I have come across. This is my go to place for my sewing needs.

Also, we had to get the bottom trolley replaced due to a fluke manufactured defective part. Chris Rijgersberg: The service went above and beyond. My machine would keep sewing even after I took my foot off the pedal. The owner ordered a new one at my request when all other avenues were exhausted. The cost for the pedal was 200.00. He told me that if the new pedal did not fix the problem, he would put it into stock and not charge me! The machine works great now and I’m back in control! I’ve gone several times and every time am impressed with the service.
