Located in the North End neighborhood of Hamilton, enjoy my charming 2 bedroom apartment including a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Hamilton Harbor. You'll be steps away from scenic, picturesque, waterfront trails and only a 5 minute drive to the downtown core. Enjoy plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance along James Street North. Hamilton is also conveniently located between Niagara Falls and Toronto so my apartment is an excellent base for exploring Southern Ontario.
My apartment is the upper unit in a two-family home. It's a bright, clean space with charming beamed ceilings accommodating up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. There is a spot in the driveway for 1 vehicle and free street parking is available just around the corner, steps away from my apartment for any additional vehicles. Please be aware there are approx. 20 stairs that lead to my apartment.
You’ll have full access to all parts of the unit itself, as well as access to the private front balcony. The side balcony, back yard and any other areas of the house are off limits.

Yu-Chi Kao: Transparent, thorough , and efficient communication and support. Cozy living environment nestled in a quiet neighbourhood. Walking distances to good cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.
Alex Skipper: Renting this unit for the past 7 months has been a great experience. This one bedroom apartment perfectly suited my needs while on clinical placements in Hamilton and contained everything you might need – fireplace, tv, in-suite laundry, storage and more. I found it to be very comfortable accommodation as the space felt modern, bright and was very well furnished. The kitchen equipment, utensils, plates, and glass wear were a really convenient perk of this rental as I didn’t have to worry about moving in with any of those items. The unit and surrounding street are quiet and I never had any problems sleeping during the day after night shift. Karen, the landlady, always went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable, happy, and to address any concerns that arose promptly. She even helped me shovel out my car after a snowstorm! Overall I would definitely recommend this unit if you’re looking for accommodation in the lovely little town of Dundas.

Ana Claudia Tonelli De Oliveira actoliveira: I would like to comment about renting an apartment at Dundurn Lofts, not the airB&B that functions there, which I notice many complain about. I rented one unit for a year while doing my specialization at McMaster. I had the best experience ever living there. Markland is the company responsible for renting. I can tell that Holly and Ali, the managers, were very professional and always attended to my requests. Luis is the guy responsible for cleaning, he was always very friendly and Dennis, the janitor, helped me many times, including a Sunday morning when I had a problem with the washing machine. The building is very nice, the unit very functional, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend renting units with them.

Bill Stevens: This is a student residence type setting. With that in mind I give it a 5 star across the board. Don't expect the Hilton if you come here. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette for under $100.00 a night. Staff were great, the suite was clean, and I used the gym in the college for $6.00 a day. I was there to visit family in the area and see some sights with my daughter. Could not ask for better accommodations.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants nearby south on up Upper James Street.

Andria Hexx: Great place to stay during the summer---bear in mind this is a college campus so it's not going to be as quiet as some places but all in all totally worth the price and the staff are really nice & accommodating.The rooms have 2 seperate bedrooms and a kitchen area with sink & microwave, ideal if you're travelling with a friend , kids or even 2 couples.Being a school, you do have to smoke/vape off the property, but not a big deal.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Hamilton, cheaper than the mid range hotels and just as nice, really. Lots of food options fairly close, if you don't drive maybe bring a bike...also bonus points for having a bike lockup & laundry facilities!

Cathy Hewlett: I have stayed here many times for the Ride to Conquer Cancer event. Super affordable and great staff. My room was right at the roof where the fan for the AC was, so for that I dropped a star as I am a light sleeper. They tried to accomodate a switch for me but the Residence was completely booked.I will stay there again next year.CH
Cláudio Gomes: I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a great choice overall. The location was excellent, and the hotel itself provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. However, one downside was the lack of kitchen utensils. I was only given two plastic cups, which made basic tasks like warming up water challenging. Despite this, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the overall experience was positive. I recommend this hotel, with the hope that they address the issue with the kitchen utensils for future guests' convenience.
Ylermi Cabrera León: Very close to Mohawk College. Well connected with Hamilton GO station. Supermarkets a bit far. Some restaurants inside the university.Rooms: One double bed per room, 2 per module. Kitchen does not have cutlery or utensils, only microwave and large combi fridge.

Катя Писарева: Hotel, rooms and service are good enough. But for such money - breakfast is fashionable to make a variety. Stayed 7 days - breakfast food was the same every day. They don't bother here. The choice is boring - fruit, waffles, egg, oatmeal, cereal, bread...mmmm. for 1-2 days of spending the night it will do with meals, but no more.The hotel has a normal swimming pool and exercise machine, for 2 SA$ you can wash things or put out. Interchange is convenient with stops. Almost the center. CLOSE shopping center and cool Grocery supermarket

Gina Henry: The staff at this hotel are amazing! I had a broken toe and was struggling to manage with a service dog and a cane, so at breakfast the staff always jumped to help me by bringing food or carrying my plate and drinks. Everyone was kind and caring. I will definitely stay there again.Food & drinks: Great breakfast and the one day that I was there for the afternoon snack there was delicious pasta and caesar salad plus garlic bread.Noteworthy details: Amazing staff!
Susan Lin: . I would suggest checking out the neighbourhood before booking but the hotel was secure and all entrances required key cards for entry. Having said that, the hotel is near Hess village and lots of restaurants nearby, I would consider staying there again despite not being a fan of the neighbourhood! They charge a $15pn for indoor parking which give you direct access to the hotel - this helped as I did not want to set foot outside at all but if you want cheaper parking there are other options nearby.
