Stephen Jensen: It was ok. Learned a lot about Joseph brant. Brought my 5 year old son there. He enjoyed the kid portion for a few minutes, but ultimately only lasted about 20 minutes before asking to leave.

Daniel Goodland: This was a nice place, don’t expect a huge time consuming excursion… the events are fun.

Andrew M: Visited the museum for their annual Easter Egg Hunt and Visit with The Easter Bunny. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was clean. I thought the event was well organized. As for the museum itself, it seems like a really cool place highlighting the history of Burlington. It’s small but is packed with history. I thought the kids section was particularly cool, as it kept my kid entertained for a while. If you’re in the area, stop by for a few minutes and check it out.
Mark Ebden: Above all, we liked how the museum tells an engaging story. Two small suggestions:1. Add to the displays the date that the railway came to Burlington. From research elsewhere I gather that this was circa 1850, with the first solid station perhaps constructed in 1854? This info would complement the existing excellent photos and text describing the importance to the area of the railway's arrival in the 19th century.2. Lower the admission cost by 30 to 50% if possible, as $10 isn't competitive enough for us to recommend the venue to many people we know. The collection seemed no more impressive than, say, Collingwood's or Peterborough's, each of which has free entry with a suggested donation of $4 or $10 respectively.Still, we enjoyed our visit -- thank you!
